Room was large and clean. Hotel was nice and service was courteous. The parking is annoying because it is valet only (and quite expensive) but there is a very close public garage across the street. The heater/AC was really noisy.

The first room we were in the heater/AC was not working properly, but they moved us to a new room and it was perfect (and a better view). The Hotel was convenient to go the Dr. Phillips Center (concert hall) very walkable. Breakfast was fair at best and the service was SLOW. Never brought my toast (forgot to ask again). I thought it was included in my room and then it wasn't.Expensive. Had I known we would have gone elsewhere to eat. Had to valet park which is normal for Orlando but another added expense.
