Great!

We have a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and helpful. The rest is incredible with new options like Pickleball and there are activities for adults and children. It is a place to always return and recommend.

Sycamore was Outstanding!

This home was amazing! Beautifully furnished, very roomy, and able to handle a larger group. We were impressed with the quality of the construction and furnishings, and the “extras” in the kitchen, for example. We used the pool and hot tub, and we enjoyed the large TV room. In spite of some bad weather, we had an outstanding time at the Reunion Resort.

We had a great time as always when we have stayed at your resort. But I would like to point out a couple of issues with the Homestead Sycamore. We never had the internet. There was no dishwasher soap, There was no tissue paper (Kleenex). The water in the downstairs master was strange. Sometimes one of the sinks wouldn't work and the water pressure in that bathroom (and only that bathroom), would fluctuate strangely. Also, one of the faucet handles came off. The worst part was the upstairs A/C. The bedrooms were 82 to 85 degrees. That being said, we will be back and hope that the next house we get is more like the ones we have had in the past.

Beautiful Home

We rented this home for an Anniversary celebration in May 2021. As with all rentals there are Pros and Cons. I'll start with the Cons, there were a few things that were strictly maintenance issues that didn't affect the quality of the stay but were slight inconveniences during the stay. The sliding door (outside pool area) is broken or off the track and doesn't open and close freely. Annoying going in and out to that area. BBQ Grill front handle broken. Outdoor outlets did not work. PROS: Beautiful Home, Well Appointed, Spacious, Great Area, Great Location, Comfortable bedding, Stocked Appliances in Kitchen. Overall: Would DEFINITELY consider this home for future visits to Orlando area. Enjoyed our stay!

Not what you expect.....

The house that was rented was not as expected. A list of items that were broken include the hot tub, pool heater, both sliding patio doors, patio screen doors, kitchen chairs, pool chairs and table, family tv, exposed electrical outlet in the floor in family room. When you pay a decent amount to stay in a house, you should not have to deal with these issues on vacation. None of the issues were fully corrected as well. Huge disappointment!

A Great Week

My Family and I had a great week at the resort and the Sycamore. The home was full of brand new amenities and very clean. The pool was warm every day which was nice because the weather wasn't great all week. Easy access to the golf courses and kids activities. Lawrence the shuttle driver was fantastic.
