Roomy home for family

Nice home in a good location. Pool and water park are in another neighborhood, but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience to get there.

Great stay!

The house was as advertised and very clean! They had everything to cook and bake with for my stay. The patio and pool were wonderful to enjoy the warm weather, I did have the pool heated and it was wonderful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The living room and upstairs area were great to watch TV. Plenty of starter items to get you going on your stay. We enjoyed walking the dogs on the many sidewalks. We didn’t make it to the clubhouse as we had everything we needed there. Overall we had a great stay!

Family trip to Disney World

Our trip was wonderful overall. They layout of the property was perfect for our family for our stay. The property itself needs work. The carpets are very dirty. Dishes were put away in the cabinets dirty. There are stains and dirt on many of the walls. Repairs are needed for a few things. Overall - location was good. It was our 1st time staying off Disney property and it was in a good location for all the parks and food/restaurants. The longest trip to a park was only about 20-25 minutes.

Good location, and responsive management company. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for a couple of issues. We had booked with 12 people; however, the home only provides 10 bath towels. They had previously let me know that we had to bring our own washcloths, but didn’t let us know there were only going to be 10 bath towels. When we requested more, they said they were sorry and suggested we bring our own (impossible at that point since we flew across the country and had already arrived) or go buy more. The rugs and carpet are very stained and had some crusty things stuck to them, so when we arrived I had to vacuum the living room rug. Other than that, everything was cleaned well.
