Wonderful experience!

This home has everything you could possibly need! It was your own resort within a resort. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and arcade! The kitchen was fully stocked with an enormous island and high-end appliances! We didn't want to leave!

Great!

This home was perfect for our family vacation, 6 adults & 5 children ages 2-10. The pool, arcade, and movie theatre provided fun for everyone. The kids were always entertained & we cooked many meals in the large kitchen & outdoor grill. I highly recommend this home and Reunion Resort. This was our first time at Reunion, but we're already looking forward to booking another trip here!

Nice house, bad service

The house itself was beautiful, however, we hired cleaning service two days from reunion. we paid a whopping $750 a day for those cleaning fees and crew showed up for less than two hours and left the house filthy! paid for pool heating, throughout the stay, we contacted them daily and the pool never heated up.

One thing after another

House was great, had some issues like breakers blowing, some chairs needed repair, pool guy turned stuff off and forgot to turn back on, Reunion people were great! Immediate response and doing everything they could to get things fixed. The biggest problem is that we were already in a gated community and “Bears Den” decided to gate their section, installed a gate at both entrances then they kept refusing us entry, said we were not on the list. After much work from reunion staff they finally got us added to the list. Gate keeper wanted to argue with us that we weren’t allowed in. Why do you need to gate a community within a gated community? Gate was very frustrating especially after arguing for over 45 minutes with the gate keeper and they refused access to a reunion security guard!
