This townhome property in Solara is gorgeous, with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms as well as a private splash pool. All of the rooms in this house has flat-screen TVs. You will enjoy this property, as it provides a very warm and inviting feel for all who stay here. There is a master bedroom suite on the first level and the rest of the bedrooms are upstairs.
As you walk into the property you will find the master suite to the right. This room has a large King-sized bed with a large open window view to the outside. This room has its own TV for your viewing pleasure. This master bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom that houses a vanity with sink, stand up shower and toilet. On the main level you will also find a half pool bath that has access to the pool area. The open kitchen is gorgeous with stainless steel appliances, and a big island with seating. There is also a dining room area where nice, quiet dinners can be served and enjoyed. The living room has comfy couches and a flat screen TV, with a view of the outside pool area. The pool area is also very relaxing. It has a splash pool that the kids can enjoy, and a small outdoor dining area.
When you go upstairs you will find the second living room and the other four bedrooms. The first room to your right is a bedroom that has a queen bed and a bathroom ensuite. This room also has a reading area for all of our guests to sit and enjoy. The next bedroom next to it is a bedroom that has two twin beds. The room has a Star Wars theme and is decorated for all the kids to enjoy. The last remaining fifth bedroom has two twin beds in it and has a superhero theme to it.
When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Solara Resort is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Solara Resort features resort amenities such as a huge pool, children's splash pad and interactive water slide. You will also find a fitness center, coffee & gelato café, sundry shop, and game room.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.
