Our Family Enjoyed Our Stay

The home was just as the listing shows. The Kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of beds and room for a larger family. We would definitely stay there again if and when we return to Orlando.

Spring break get away

Property was just as described. Good location 20 minutes to Disney. 90 minutes to east to space coast or west to Tampa. Have plenty of food locations or groceries within 5 minutes.

Perfect family vacation home

Wonderful stay! House was exactly as described and close to everything. A little dated and the oven button was cracked but was not an issue for us. The peaceful community and wildlife more than made up for this. We felt at home the entire time. Hope to stay here again our next family trip. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great house with pool

We had a great week staying here! It was a very nice clean house that was plenty big enough for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It’s a great location within 45 minutes of all the parks. The host was great and very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this house. The water behind the house had many birds and turtles that were fun to see. We also had some lizards climbing the screen room that the kids loved to watch.

Peaceful villa and outlook

We had a lovely family holiday. The villa is accurate as per the description and pictures, very clean and super comfy beds, it overlooks a lake where you can watch the local wildlife from the pool. Such a quiet and peaceful spot, the perfect place to return to after a busy day at the parks.

This house is nice and has everything you need. Close to all things Disney, restaurants and shops, yet on the outskirts and away from the noise and craziness. Very quiet and relaxing area.

Wasn't the best. Wasn't the worst. Lots of stains on furniture. Scratched pots and pans, had to buy a new one to use. Comfy beds. Overall, would stay again.

Great location, just 20/30 minutes from all the Disney parks. The pool area is great, not overlooked at all and backs onto water. The villa itself is a little dated but you have everything you need.

Definitely Will Stay Again

The property is perfect!! Everything was clean and on point. The pool and spa were a wonderful treat after a day’s activity. The beds were comfy and I really loved the way the two masters were away from each other. Even though we didn’t use them the two kids rooms were wonderfully decorated and connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom which I loved! Thank you to the owners and management for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Good basis for your orlando vacation.

Nice 4 bedroom villa in gated community. A little further away from the crowd and tourist traps but all major attractions are in driveable reach with Disney at 30minutes, Seaworld at 40minutes and outlets at 30min and 50 min. Good basis for your orlando vacation!

Great for Family Vacation

The location of this house was great and the gated community was very quiet. It was a short drive to the Disney parks and there were several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a family vacation. The bedrooms were all a good size and our family of 5 (grandparents, parents, and 8-year old) had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a good size and was not overlooked by other houses.

Location perfect. Quiet and peaceful but close to Orlando attractions. Clean. Safe gated community. Abundant wildlife in the back including an alligator who was interesting to watch. Lovely birds. Some furniture could use a refresh but still overall nice.

Very quiet location

The villa is situated in very quiet gated Community. Properties in the scheme are well looked after and we did not encounter any problems that had to be reported to the Property Manager. Pool is large and cleaned weekly.

Great location for family getaway

We had a great stay at the house during our recent family vacation. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood away from the busy Orlando area. It was close enough to the Disney parks for an easy commute. Property was as described (plenty of space for a family of four) and the property manager was very responsive. We got to see the alligator float by in the nearby reserve and daily visits from the birds and other wildlife in the backyard. Very peaceful! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay

We frequent Orlando at least 2x a year. This was one of our more favorite stays and we will be returning. Property was beautiful. It truly is only 15/20 minutes from Disney unlike many other places that advertise and then you’re driving forty plus minutes. Everything’s very close. Didn’t have to travel far for anything. The pool was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood no one bothered us which was amazing. The host was very kind and responsive. They had everything you could need if you wanted to cook too. Would love to stay again!

Overall it was perfect for our family, spacious and everyone had their own bathroom! It was a bonus. Also having laundry on site was great. Of course the pool was a great addition. ONLY thing I will say. There were only two facecloths in the villa and we ended up having to buy our own. But other than that. The pool guys was super helpful and so was the host. :)

Fun stay!!

The house was spacious and clean! The pool was beautiful and private. We saw wild birds and alligators in the back yard area! The kids loved it! The house was very close to food and a huge Walmart! Getting to Disney was super easy! We really loved the fact that there was no carpet as the tile floors were very clean! We had a small issue with the dryer and the property manager was so fast is fixing the problem! We would definitely stay here again!
