Amazing house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a huge pool Beautiful lobby, light and airy dining room, laundry, family room ,kitchen suitble for a chef. On the first floor are two bedrooms ,very spacious and bright master bedroom, large window overlooking the pool. Privacy from not having neighbors in the back. Heated pool $60.per day.
Grill w/ propane $50 for the whole reservation.
For circumstances that do not normally happen, additional fees may apply if:
Pet fee - $175
Noise disturbances after 11pm neighbors will call de police . No partying in the house .
Smoking - $500 fine
Late checkout - $150 fine
Early check-in or late check-out will incur an additional cost.please take all trash out in the gray bin and recycle the bin with yellow cover . Please Put you dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
