On the second floor, you have 2 more suites, each with an attached bathroom. The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two full-size (double) beds. For your convenience, the laundry is also located on the second floor.

Other things to note
* Is important to note the private plunge pool located inside the townhome is not heated; however, the community pool is typically maintained at 84°F. The water park is also not heated.

* Parking within the community is limited to two cars. One designated spot is provided in the townhome driveway, and additional guest parking is conveniently located just three doors down, around the corner from the townhome.

*Please be advised that the townhome pool is serviced every Wednesday. The pool technician will enter the pool area through the back door, and no access to the townhome is needed.
