This brand new, tastefully appointed home is located on the fabulous resort of Windsor Island where you can enjoy first class resort facilities including a large freeform swimming pool, waterslides, lazy river, children's splash play area, volleyball court, basketball, clubhouse, restaurant, mini golf, games arcade and fitness center to name a few, free of charge. This fabulous home is gently themed along a nautical concept and provides the perfect place to relax with family and friends. From the moment you step through the front door you will experience the thoughtfulness of presentation and decor that this home is offering. The first floor comprises an expansive family room with dining table featured to one side of the room with gourmet kitchen complete with island adjacent. Soft comfortable sofas sit opposite a 75-inch flatscreen smart TV. The premier master suite can also be found on this level and a further bedroom featuring hotel style double queen beds. On second floor there is a large flex area which has been thoughtfully converted into an entertainment area with gaming table, foosball and pool table and here you will also find additional seating area with flatscreen TV perfect for watching your favorite movie. Beyond is a further four King bedrooms in addition to two fun themed bedrooms featuring Harry Potter and Lilo and Stitch. Outside the home has a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, barbeque grill, outdoor dining table and chairs and of course sun lounges.  Whether choosing this home as a base for exploring all that central Florida has to offer or choosing to stay and enjoy the home and all facilities on site, the adaptability of this home is just the perfect choice for larger family groups or vacationing with friends. Pool / jacuzzi heat fee applicable on request. Pets considered subject to an additional fee. Smoking only permitted outside.
