The hotel is under renovation, and the room we stayed in looked like it had just been painted. However, the door lock didn't work, and someone had to come over and fix it. The room had two TVs, but there were no remotes and no signal... hence, no functional TV. We had no hand soap and no extra linens for the sofa bed. The air conditioning (A/C) unit was quite loud and would knock when starting up. The room was clean and quiet, though. It had a refrigerator and a sink, along with some coffee packages and disposable cups, but no coffee maker, stove, microwave, or any other way to heat up anything. The included breakfast was just okay, with not much variety, but good enough to get you by. The front desk personnel were cordial and helpful (empathetic).

The ac at the hotel wasn’t working it was very hot. Our room had a mildew smell when you walked in. And the ac in our room kept making a loud noise every 15 minutes.

The breakdown menu was top notch, parking easy to find. The place is so clean and sparkly, it feels like paradise on earth. Everything was so awesome. I went on a business trip for one day. This place made me wanna stay on vacation. Will definitely be back very soon

Admittedly the property is under construction for renovation, but it looks rough with construction materials left in the hallways drop ceiling tiles show visible signs of old water damage. I was on the first floor and the window mechanisms didn’t work to lock the windows. If the room had been renovated, it was done poorly with soap shelves in the shower hastily installed and not level. There’s a weird electrical closet in the bedroom that says don’t open and generally looks/feels cheap and creepy. There was no hair dryer. The staff however was very welcoming and helpful. I only stayed one night.

The room was very clean, and the lobby was gorgeous! The only complaint is that there are no silverware, dishes, etc. Eating meals at “home” became difficult, so we just grabbed plastic silverware and paper plates from the gas station. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and gave us extra toilet paper, towels, and soap as needed. Overall, I would stay here again!

The room was clean. The beds did not have blankets on them but they had blankets in the closet. There was a room with a couch and counter and kithenette and a seperste room with our beds. Buffet breakfast was as expected. Good price and no resort fee yet so close to disneu and the outlets!

Great location being so close to WDW. Tasty breakfast and parking included in cost. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet—couldn’t hear my neighbors or hallway noise at all, which was a huge plus! Pool is a nice size, though not heated in the winter, so just be aware. The only constructive feedback I have is that I noticed an ant in the room and a few more ants near the trash can in the dining room. Probably increasing the frequency of pest control would resolve it, but again, for the price and location, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
