Great Stay!

Disney Vacation

We had a great stay. The house was in a convenient location to get to the Disney parks. We felt safe in the gated community. The children loved the play room, movie theatre and pool.

Amazing Thanksgiving trip!

This property is exactly what you see in the pictures! So much to do for the whole family at this spot. Very impressed with how well the pool heated up and also the hot tub for a November trip! We will save this one, and come back one day if it works out!

Fantastic Play House.

The property was excellent for all my Grandkids. The amenities were exceptional. The communication with Keith was always informative and spot on. He was very responsive to any question or request. The Lazy River and restaurant were great! Staff was very friendly.

So many amazing amenities

We loved our stay! My family was in to celebrate my daughter getting married. The house was comfortable, close to everything and had so much to do. My husband and I plan to return to enjoy the area!

Great house and location

A perfect place for a golf retreat with good friends. Communication was perfect and clear. The house is targeted at the Disney family visitor but works well with other large groups too.

Great for visiting the parks!

The property was incredible! Kids were in the pool right away and playing video games and watching movies in the theater later. Nice big table for dining and working. We loved it! Beautifully decorated and comfortable!

Amazing family fun

Awesome and spacious home! The movie theater was an IMAX experience the grand kids loved and are still talking about days later. The pool and jacuzzi was an anticipated event daily! Grilled out on the patio three of the four days. This home is Highly recommended if you’re visiting the Orlando area. Looking forward to next booking!

Great home for large families!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property with our large family—7 kids and all! The house had plenty of space, which made it super comfortable for everyone. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our big group.The location was perfect for us too—only about 20 minutes from Disney World, which was a big plus for the kids. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy, which made everything go smoothly.The only downside was that the pool alarm on the back door was broken, which was a bit of a safety concern for us with little ones around. But other than that, our stay was fantastic! Highly recommend this property for large families looking for a comfortable and convenient spot to stay near Disney World.

Family Celebration

We choose this beautiful home to celebrate our kids turning 18 and graduating from high school. The house looks just like pictures. Kudos to the owner, property manager and the design team because the house was beautiful. We felt so comfortable in the home. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling to the Orlando area. It wasn’t far from any of the parks, restaurants, nor grocery stores. It was 13 of us + a 1yr old and the house was right size for our family.

Universal Studios Trip

The property is awesome!!! We booked this house for a family of 13 people. Let me tell you this place did not disappoint. The home is huge and the space is in all the right places. - everyone was comfortable, everything was clean and works! - the sitting area was huge for the family. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen area. Lots of adequate seating. There was a screen outside for movies- awesome! - also, the theater room is awesome, the decorations are awesome. The kids really enjoyed the theater and game rooms. I would definitely book this home again!!

Great Trip

Overall the house is great! Lots of options for kids and very spacious. House could benefit from a deep cleaning; fans in bedrooms and bathrooms, door tracks; sliding patio and shower doors, etc. Pictures are exactly as advertised, the location of the home in proximity to essentials like food & beverage is great. Also not too far from the hustle and bustle if that’s what you’re into. Main water park in the resort community is great for kids 3-10. Wifi touch n go but not a true issue. Enjoyed our stay would look at other rentals from this company for future vacations

Excellent and Impressive Property

My family, consisting of 15 people, had a wonderful time at this house. The kids were entertained any time we were at the house, between the pool/spa, theater, and the expansive arcade upstairs. There were minor hiccups throughout our stay that were quickly and easily addressed by the homeowners and/or the property manager. Communication with them was excellent and they were always quick to reply and/or follow-up. The community amenities were excellent and the location (in regards to getting to Disney) was a manageable distance. The house is also located on the end of a private and quiet cul-de-sac, which was nice. Many of our other family and friends have inquired about this awesome house after seeing us post pictures on social media! We would definitely stay there again!

Lived Like Royalty!

This is our first time renting a home in the Orlando area but it far exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We had 8 people including our 3 grandkids and the home theater, pool, furniture, and community were top-notch. The home is beautifully and professionally decorated, everyone's favorite is the Avatar themed movie theater! We all enjoyed the pool/spa and the outdoor movie theater with the screen over the pool area. To top it all off, the management company staff were easily accessible and helpful so it took all worries away. There is no doubt we will put this property every year when we go Orlando for youth spots and the Disney theme parks. Hard to imagine finding a better property in this area.

Cheercation

We had five families of cheerleaders stay at the property, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There were plenty of beach towels and the pool/hot tub area was a perfect spot to hang out. The large kitchen island and dining table was perfect for meals and for the girls to have space to do schoolwork. We loved the theater and game room. We sat out at the poolside bar often and used the tv there daily. All of the rooms were clean and modern, The bathrooms could’ve had a few more towels. We did a few loads of laundry and everything worked properly. This house is close enough to the community pool, lazy river area that you can walk which is super convenient. We really enjoyed our time at this property and would highly recommend or stay again.

Amazing House for Family Near Disney!

We had an excellent experience overall staying at this property during February 2024. The home was clean and the amenities were as described in the online listing. Our group consisted of 9 adults and 7 kids, ranging from 2 years old to 14 years old. Everyone had a great time. The house is very well appointed for cooking and serving meals for 16 people. There were plenty of pots/pans, knives, dishes, cups, and everything else you might need. The only downside to this house was the horrendous Orlando traffic. Despite the short distance to Disney, it took us 60 minutes to get to the Magic Kingdom. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. The neighborhood was great and it was quiet.

Great property, not great contact with property manager

This property was awesome! Great themes throughout and was very clean. Had real home vibes that my friends and I were able to have fun as well as relax in. The only downside was that the property manager never answered as I called a few times and left messages. We had a couple of questions about the property that were never answered since the property management never returned our calls. Nonetheless, had a great time at this property and would definitely recommend it!

Large spacious home

Our gathering was for a visit to the parks. The house was very spacious. Unfortunately, it rained the whole stay so we did not really enjoy the amenities for the pool. There were a few mishaps but communication was open and quick responses. I have submitted some suggestions for future rental interests. For example, coffee starters for coffee maker, pot holders, dish towels etc and better wifi. We had a very difficult time all week with internet usage. Lastly, some pillows are dated and falling apart on lanai, carpet in living room is hazardous because of it permanently folded up. The throw carpet at end of stairs is very dangerous. It slips underneath you it needs to be heavier to stay in place or something to grip your steps. The younger kids enjoyed movie room, and games. The pictures in VRBO are accurate. Overall, it was a nice place and we would return as king as the above issues are taken care of.

Disney/hurricane Milton-

This was the first time going to disney and staying at a VRBO. The house was was perfect size for the 4 kids and 9 adults. Plenty of space for separation if needed but noise did travel throughout the house. The house had a fabulous theater room, got nice and cool. Pool was awesome and we utilized the outdoor space anytime we were home. I did pay for the heated spa and grill. SO Worth it!! Kids and adults played in the game room and loved everything it had ro offer. It took us no more then 25 mins to drive to all the parks in the morning. We didnt get to utilize the waterpark/club house, so I cant comment on them. Our two down days everything was shut down due to hurricane Milton. I did call the PM prior to ask if there were flash lights or candles. I was told to go and buy them and prepare for stay in and move all the patio furniture to the corner. House had no power loss. My family wanted me to add a few things they felt could have been improved upon: utensils, which I had seen on a prior review. Knives not sharp, can openner and peeler were extremely hard to use and useless. They had a griddle cord but no griddle that we could find. ( larger families and breakfast) No extra blankets, some of my family needed more. My brother also found slight mold around one of the shower vents upstairs. Again, I felt the house was great for our needs and does deserve a high rating. They spent a lot on the big items but would love to see a few little things upgraded. 5 stars
