"This home is so much fun and is the best we have ever stayed in! The 2 theaters were a hit, and my kids could not get enough of the game room. So much to do in there- play pool, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, arcade style video games and PS4 games. We also spent so much time enjoying the private heated pool and spa. We dined at the 2 tables out there most nights, and the men especially loved sitting at the bar counter while they enjoyed some drinks and watching sports. Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

Yes, there is a BBQ grill. It is rented on a per stay basis. Contact the marketing agent to rent it.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
