Condo just as pictured. Very clean. Location was great to get to Disney and lots of stores/food places nearby. Check-in was easy, hosts always quick to respond. Pool area was great for us and our toddler. No issues - would for sure book again !

Spring Break
This was our first time staying outside of Disney World and it was so nice having the living space for the kids. I have 3 boys from 2-8 and they all enjoyed the Mickey room. The pool was close and a short ride to Disney, Universal and Disney Springs. The condo was so nice and clean and we loved the pool and the close walk.

Nice, but a few improvements needed
We enjoyed our stay for the most part. I will detail the good and not great about the property. Good: Nice sized rooms, plenty of space, very quiet, the screened in porch was nice. Not Good: King sized mattress is awful - like a marshmallow. We are small people and I slept on the firm full size mattress in the kid bedroom all week The pillows are not comfortable, but the Owner did buy a few new ones that we recommended which helped a lot. The lighting is AWFUL - so harsh and bright. We unscrewed a bunch of bulbs just to keep our eyes intact. A little bit of Improvement could go a long way: A few lamps - would be awesome in the living room Change bathroom lighting Provide enough dishwasher, paper towels and laundry detergent for an entire stay. No one wants to have to basically stock an entire household for a week long stay/ Need a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Amazing property
The hosts are amazing and make you feel welcome immediately. Our kids loved the pool area. Location is great for those targeting Disney. Lots of food options and grocery options within a close driving distance. Will definitely recommend.

Home away from home

Wonderful Trip
This unit was just as described! The owners were very responsive and even allowed us to change our trip dates. The resort was very nice and convenient to Disney and many other attractions! Our son enjoyed the Xbox and games that were in the unit as well! The pool was very nice! Our family had an amazing trip!

Convenient but busy area
The condo met our needs for a trip to the Disney parks. Location is convenient, but the area gets extremely congested (especially in the evenings). The condo itself was fine - kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. We found the lights in many rooms to be too bright/harsh and the main bathroom needs a good scrub (especially the baseboards). Additionally, it would also be nice to have real bathroom towels rather than the cute Mickey pool towels. However, the condo was what we expected and was a nice place to come back to after long days at the parks.

Staying the week of December 26, is the busiest week of the year so you will see increased traffic in the area. If you are looking for less crowds and no traffic, please consider staying with us in January, May, August and September. We will definitely give extra attention to the bathrooms and base boards. I'm so glad you like the new Mickey Mouse towels, as they have been a big hit with our guests! Have a wonderful new year.

Lovely stay
We really enjoyed our stay after a crazy 10 days onsite at Disney and Universal. We booked this condo for a chilled couple of days before we flew back home to the UK. We found the apartment to be exactly as described and it suited our needs perfectly. We also loved the complimentary snacks that were left - thank you! Communication with the hosts was excellent, any questions were answered quickly - even though it was Christmas Day! We only marked it down on check in as we had a long wait to get into Windsor Hills through the gate security. This was nothing to do with this property and we followed all instructions, just the number of people checking in was obviously too many for the gate staff to deal with. We waited 45 mins in a queue that started back on the main road. However, we were dealt with brilliantly once we got to the front of the queue, was just not what we wanted after already having had a long journey. As mentioned, this was nothing to do with the condo itself or the super detailed information shared by the hosts. We knew exactly what we had to do once we got to the check in point so thank you! We'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great trip to Disney!
It was our family's first trip to Disney and this condo ended up being the perfect choice for us. We traveled with two kids, they loved having their own space and all of the Mickey/Minnie décor. They especially loved the condo's pool/slides/arcade on the days we didn't go into the parks. I was worried about staying off of Disney property and dealing with traffic and parking, but it was not an issue. We were on the Magic Kingdom's monorail within 20 minutes of leaving our condo. If we ever come back to Orlando as a family I would definitely try to stay here again.

Family Vacation!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Jeannie's property. The distance from the condo to the Disney parks was a short drive and it was nice having a Walmart right around the corner for things we needed for the parks. The children absolutely loved the water slides and pool and it was maybe a 5 minute walk from the condo to the pool area. Heads up: they will close the pool area for half an hour if there's a lightning strike within 10 miles of the resort. The kids bedroom was perfect for our kids and the master was nice and roomy however, the mattress in the master had very little support and no firmness. I slept fine the entire week, but my husband (who only weighs 190) had to sleep on the couch because it was hurting his back. It could have ruined the trip for him, but the couch is longer than most and was actually very comfortable and I got the bed to myself so, not sure if it's a complaint or not. The kitchen had everything one could need, water pressure in the showers was great and there were plenty of towels for our family of 5. Other than for the mattress, we would stay at this location again.

Loved it!
We had an amazing time here. Our daughter loved the pool and water park. We enjoyed the game room and theatre and of course how close it was to Disney and other fun activities. It was very clean and easy to navigate, felt very secure and safe. My daughter left her prized possession stuffed elephant there on the last day and the own graciously located her and safely mailed her home to us, lifesaver! Thanks so much!

The area is nice. Getting in and out was easy despite being a gated community. The only downside is a difficult left turn exiting the gated community with no traffic light. The appartment is lovely and beautifully designed.

We stayed here with our 3 children as a vacation to Disney and universal. Then property was close to the parks and also had a great family friendly pool area for a downtime day. This condo was clean and quiet. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the stroller that the owners provided was a huge savior at the parks! We would definitely recommend this property!

Spring Break Disney Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Check in was quick. Hosts were clear and easy to communicate with. Kids loved the toys and books that were in the unit. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a few meals. Pool and club house activities were fun after spending time at the parks. Very close to Disney parks. Love love love this place!!! Was absolutely amazing! Hosts were great and everything went super smoothly... condo was super cleanand huge. a short walk to the pool area... on our relax days the pool was a great way to cool down and relax with a drink. I can't wait to go back! Close to everything... short drive to the parks and about a 20 mins walk to Walmart which is great. Lots of restaurants and outlets and gift shops close by as well....

Great Stay
We found this condo and property exactly as it was described and totally fit our needs to visit with family from Germany. Great location, convenient to everything you need or want in Orlando. Perfect Condo!
If you are looking for a great place to stay outside of Disney but close enough to all 4 parks, then this is your place! Seriously, look no more. This condo is in a gated community with a pool and is super closer to a giant Walmart and the main Disney gate is only a few miles away! The condo has plenty of space and is super clean. The host, Jeannie, was super nice and communicative. Ty for having us.

Perfect location
This was my first time renting and it couldn't have gone any better. The place was adorable, clean, and the location is excellent! Very close to to Disney, close to restaurants and Walmart. The pool is awesome too! We had the best stay and works highly recommend this!

Communication with property owners was excellent! They reached out several times checking in and making sure that everything was ok. The property was exactly as listed, plenty of natural light, decorated very cute with Disney theme in the kids room. We didn't use the extra room, but the master bed was very comfortable. First time ever my husband didn't toss and turn during a stay away from home! Loved the welcome snacks! We didn't get to sign the guest book because we couldn't find a pen :( We would definitely stay here again!
