Beautiful 3 bedroom condo

Great 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo only 30 minutes from Disney. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. All the comforts of home conveniently located near Disney & Universal. I would recommend highly!

Great Location

We have really enjoyed our stay in BP914 this winter. Close to the pool. Issues were dealt with in a short time. Pleasant service.

It was a wonderful stay! our only suggestions was maybe new pillows in the bedrooms and maybe more detergent for cleaning. We did have some sugar ants as well but we had wonderful time :)

Nice Condo

Overall, this condo is about a 4.5 star. We had to wipe down areas from previous renter. Spacious and comfortable. Minor updating is needed like a newer sofa. The main wall has been repainted on the lower half (doesn't match) and it bothered me because I own properties as well. Good location (30-40 minutes) to all theme parks. It is convenient to the pool and hot tub.

WE LOVED STAYING AGAIN AT BELLA PIAZZA. THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND MET ALL OF OUR NEEDS. WE SPENT EVERY AFTERNOON AT THE POOL AND APPRECIATED HOW BEAUTIFULLY THE GROUNDS WERE KEPT. WE ALSO APPRECIATED THE MANY EXTRA TOUCHES (WATER BOTTLES, EXTRA TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, DISHWASHER SOAP...) THAT HELPED MAKE OUR TRIP A LITTLE EASIER. Mini Getaway

The condo is spacious and easily accommodated our family. We were vin the area to visit Universal Studios and just enjoy some down time. While the coni is not far in miles from the attractions, the traffic in the area was heavy. It took a good 30 to 40 minutes and it didn’t matter what time of day. Something to consider when planning your trip. The property management company was super responsive as we had some issues that they were very quick to resolve.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal, near route 27 for travel to golf courses. Publix, gas stations, and restaurants were nearby. I've stayed in this complex multiple times over the years and have always been satisfied. The service from WelcomeHomes (Jennifer H) was exceptional, she has been an outstanding resource when planning a trip to the area - highly recommended!

2 week trip

The condo is in a great location. There is nothing extra at all. Normally when we stay they have a full roll of paper towel, Tp, small dish soap and 2 dish pods. They need to upgrade some of the cooking utensils and we had one broken chair at the bar that needed to be fixed. The rest of the condo was good! The pool location is awesome.

We have been coming to Bella Piazza for 6 years. Upon arrival the condo looks very welcoming. The condo is very clean and we can immediately unpack. The staff at Welcome Homes is wonderful. If we called in about a problem it was taken care of in a timely manner. With the carona virus hitting the US we wanted to get home . Jennifer at Welcome Homes was very understanding when we notified her that we had to leave early. When talking with other guests that use other agencies Welcome Homes is the best there is.

Welcome Home Team

We have been coming to Bella Piazza for 6 years. Upon entering our condo it is very welcoming and clean. During our stay we had to call their maintenance team to fix our toilet and we got an immediate response. When the corona virus started in the US and got worse we decided to leave 2 weeks early to go home, Jennifer in reservations was very understanding in working with us. In talking with other people who rent condos from other agencies we can see that Welcome Homes is the best agency to work with.
