Great Condo!

This condo was very nicely decorated, clean, had plenty of chairs and sofas for all to sit without being on top of each other. The balcony also had nice outdoor furniture. I would highly recommend this condo, would stay here again!

Great family stay - Sea World and volleyball

Property was even better than expected, very clean and great location for us. The only suggestion is for bookings with longer stays perhaps a few more garbage bags and general items available. You do get a starter kit, again just a suggestion.

The space was simply amazing.

This space was simply amazing. Customer service was beyond what I expected. Upon arriving our code didn’t work for entry, but as soon as I called they took care of the problem right away. I would definitely stay here again. Amazing place for a family get away. Everything was cleaned and spectacular!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience at Casa Maria was good. Just a few hiccups that caused a major headache! Upon arrival the code given to us to enter condo wasn’t working. I called management and received a new code. Next morning maintenance lady came wasn’t sure what the problem was with the door code but she gave us another code. So that is three codes given to get in our door. Silly me!! I brought some very expensive jewelry with me. No safe in the condo, so I had to improvise and create my own hiding spot. Each day I would change my hiding spot. Not feeling secure about each one. The day after we checked out I realized I forgot to get my jewelry!! On top of that I forgot the last hiding place. I need to apologize to the guests staying after me. For disrupting their stay to have room checked for my jewels.Well to make a long story short. I remembered the last hiding spot. I called Lin and I knew from her voice I would see my jewelry again. She assured me her staff was trustworthy. And they were. My jewelry was found and returned to me. It is such a good feeling to know that there are still good people on this earth. Thank you Lin and Debra. You both are top rated in my book.. I wish a safe could be put in the condo. People travel all the time with jewelry, extra cash, iPads etc. that need to be kept safe. Not all employees are as honest as Lin or Debra. Our overall experience in the condo, we found the table in the main bedroom wobbly, the dryer didn’t dry towels very well and we had to wash towels everyday because there were 8 of us and not enough towels for all of us. Other than those few minor things our stay was good.

Nice place for family

When we first arrived the codes we were given didn’t work. Luckily after a few minutes the manager was walking by and saw us trying to get in. He was able to let us in and lend us a key. The condo is nice. It’s about 15-20 minutes from universal with traffic though (a little further than we thought). There’s a Publix right down the street and pretty much anything else you’ll need. Overall we enjoyed our stay. When we checked out - I left a sweater behind. The cleaning crew was nice enough to text me and let me know they left it at the managers condo for me. I told them we were at the theme park but would stop by later that evening to pick it up. We came back around 6pm and the manager wasn’t answering his door. Very disappointing since we drove all the way back to get it. Even if they had to leave - since they knew we were coming they could have at least left it by the door. Moral of the story - don’t leave anything behind. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely spacious and we had everything we needed in order to prepare meals instead of eating out. We also loved the fact that it was in a great location and easily accessible to local shopping and attractions. We will definitely be back and will certainly recommend Casa Maria to all of our family and friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though the location was good, this property was not as clean as the one we stayed in from the same property manager last time. There was dirt in the shower, a few hairs on the pillows and sheets and some stains on the towels. Also, there was a family staying above us that was very loud, very early in the morning. Not their fault since they had. young toddler, but I didn't realize how much you could hear from the floor above you. Thank you though, we did overall have a nice stay!

Convenient for Convention attendance

My husband and I stayed here while attending a concention at the Orange County Convention Center. It was a 20 minute walk or an $8-9 Uber ride to get there. We walked to the Publix to get food for meals. I especially enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and getting to enjoy far more space than being confined to a hotel room!

The condo worked very well for us as the location to both Universal, Disney and restaurants were very convenient. The check in and code for the entry was easy especially since we didn't arrive until around 11:00pm. The only thing that I would critique was the dishwasher is unsafe. It is not connected to the counter top and when opened with dishes in it it tips up and the racks roll out. If someone is in the wrong place when that occurs they could get hurt or dishes could get broken. There is also a small hole in the wall where the front door deadbolt hit the wall because the door stop isn't located to properly stop the door/handle mechanism from hitting the wall. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initial arrival at the property was frustrating, directions from the airport were poor and we ended up going the wrong way. Luckily we had idea of where the place was and we managed to get back on track. (Directions need updating as road signs at airport do not denote the names in the instructions). On arrival we wer further frustrated by not being able to get into the property, we ended up having to ring the property manager from our UK mobile (having to remember the dialling code) which cost us. Manager was there very quickly as it was 4pm but I would have been fuming if this had be later at night. The instructions did not tell you to press an additional button before the code, this needs to be made clearer to avoid other guests having the same issue. Overall the property itself is very nice, spacious, nicely decorated and clean, so this made up for our initial frustrations. we didn't use any facilities on site and we were going to rely on the outside space for catching some sun but unfortunately this area was unusable as it was so dirty - cushions covered in mold and decorative items need binning. Location was close to the eye area but you still need your car, junctions outside the property were a struggle - no lights ! We chose his property for the space rather than a hotel room and we got that and overall nice place but given the price I expected the outside area to be better so probably wouldn't return.
