Condo is great - we love staying here. The furniture is getting a little worn and could use some refreshing. I also wish there were luggage carts available to help load in/load out.

Needs improvement/upgrade

It was nice to be able to go directly to room without having to check in at front desk. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest and is in need of improvements. Upon arrival bathroom sink did not work, toilet seat was coming off, no ceiling fans in rooms, outside fan did not work, chairs at kitchen table felt like you were falling through them as well as outside furniture. Place could be great with replacements of furniture and mattresses. Pool area needs improvements as well. Convenient to theme parks is good within 5 minute drive to Universal.

Convenient location

We stayed here for a boys volleyball tournament and went to Hollywood studios, Universal, and Seaworld. Great location, convenient, clean, close to Publix

Clean, open floor plan with plenty of space and comforts of home for extended stays. We enjoyed the pool area and walking trails as well as the proximity to activities and shopping. We would stay again. Thanks!

Will definitely stay here again!

We rented a premium condo, very spacious, comfortable and quiet. We were staying for a week so chose the large accommodation which allowed us to feel like we weren't just in a hotel room. We had a pet friendly unit which was greatly appreciated. There were plenty of towels, the pillows were great, the mattress was just so-so but we did sleep well.

We’ve stayed at this location several times before. Going through an online booking agency sometimes you get OK property managers or sometimes stellar property managers. So pay attention when booking. This condo needs a little TLC. The kitchen definitely needs to be stocked a little bit better, especially if you plan on having meals in. My advice would be to take a look at all of the pots and pans prior to making your grocery list. Bring pater plates, your only given 6 plates, and a dishwasher pucks. We bought eggs and pancake ingredients for breakfast, but there were no skillets. I text and called the front desk, they did bring skillets, just don’t be in a hurry to eat. The dishwasher had seen better days, it was not mounted to the cabinet so when you open the door, the racks would fly forward. Maintenance did come and correct this so that shouldn’t be a problem moving forward. It’s equipped with a Mr. coffee style drip coffee maker so bring your coffee filters as well as your coffee and condiments. If you’re a light sleeper, do not get the ground level floors. You can hear the people above you pretty well. The front desk associate was amazing. I wish I wrote his name down. Very personable!

This, by far, was one of the best places we have ever stayed at!

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we didn't want to leave! All the beds were very comfortable, with the exception of one room off the kitchen. The twin beds in there were a little hard and squeaky. But they only would have to be used if you have 7 or 8 people in your party. One other suggestion we would make would be to have ceiling fans in all the rooms to help cool down the condo since the temperature can not go below 72. The condo is decorated very nicely and it is very spacious. It really does feel as if you are in a hotel, but you have all the modern conveniences of home. We love staying where there is a full kitchen and laundry room. We prefer not to go out to eat all the time and it's nice to do a load or two of laundry so we don't have to go home with a lot of dirty clothes. We would highly recommend this condo and resort. The pool and hot tub were awesome too!

Vista Cove

Nice place. Nice pool and spacious rental. We were on the second floor and the people above us were loud, banging furniture around, playing music loudly until after 2 am and right back at it first thing in the morning. Made it very difficult to sleep.

Orlando Apartment

We were seeking to stay near Universal and this location was only 10 minutes away. It is a very large apartment! We were able to bring our dogs, which was great. However, that meant so has everyone else who stays there. The front bedroom reeked of dog pee. It was nauseating. I was thankful we were only staying a few days. If you are planning on doing any major cooking, make sure to bring what you need. The cooking utensils / pans were bare minimum. If you just need a place to stay close to the action, this fits the bill.

Great proptery

We had a very nice stay while we enjoyed Universal Studios. The condo has some visible wear, but overall is a good value for the price. We were disappointed when we discovered that the pull-out couch we were planning on using as one of our kid's had been replaced with a non-pull out couch. I reached out to the property managent company but they could not really help us since we booked through VRBO and more or less said that mistake was not on them because they don't control how VRBO lists rooms. So hopefully you get updated pictures and info that do not include a pull-out couch in the front sitting room. Otherwise everything was as advertised.

Could have been better

The location was nice, the resort was lovely … but this unit leaves much to be desired! In May there were still Christmas decorations up. The kitchen was minimally stocked with bare necessities. The coffee pot wouldn’t brew, the washing machine only worked on super hot, there was 1 bar of soap to share between 2 bathrooms & the kitchen. All in all it was a disappointing unit in a lovely resort.

Great Place

Was in town visiting family that has a property at Vista Cay. We needed some extra space for a couple days so we rented this unit and it was perfect for what we needed!

Great Property!

We drove up to take my son to SeaWorld for his 2nd birthday and wanted something close by but central to other places too. Definitely this place! Highly recommend! Very clean and spacious and the property has a heated pool for those cold Florida winter days ;) Would stay again!
