Family Vacation

The home is very spacious, the separate living areas were excellent for multiple families. It was appreciated to have toiletries available on arrival. Our recommendations would be a better equipped kitchen, the pots and pans need replaced maybe a dustpan would be good. One issue we had was it took a long time to get hot water and it was never hot enough. Check in was excellent, and communication with Casiola was excellent.

Very Spacious, Perfect for a large group

Overall the house was great! The communication with the owners was 10/10. Our check in was 4pm when we arrived at the home it was 4:15pm. We pulled up both parking spots were parked in. I knocked on the door and the cleaners were still there. We waited until about 4:30-4:45 before the home was ready for. Everything in the home was great except the dishwasher smelled like something dead. Apparently the cleaners never get the food out of the bottom. The only other complaint we have is there was absolutely no communication about the amenities card you have to have to enter the pool! You have to pay 37 for this for up to 12 people but we had no idea so the night we wanted to go to the pool we were turned away! Overall the home was very nice, spacious, and there were plenty of pillows etc. it would be nice to have more than 1 bath towel per person for a week stay though!
