Lovely

Alice was wonderful she helped with all the questions. This is a great place to stay with kids. We didn't do anything except stay at the resort and we had plenty to do.

Great stay!

We had a great visit! The resort is located in a great area. Close to most attractions in Orlando. A lot to do at the resort. Our room was very large and accommodated our family very well. The property manager was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. She was informative on all the information we needed for checking in and the use of the water park. We were very pleased with our stay. We will definitely stay there again and I hope to use the same property manager in the future.

perfect location for Disney vacation

This property is literally minutes from the WDW parks. We've been to WDW numerous times and this was our first time staying off site. I was amazed how much quicker & easier it was to get to the parks on our own as opposed to relying on Disney's transportation. While we spent most of the week at the parks, we did take one afternoon off and enjoyed the waterpark. The property was clean and well kept. The only "complaint" we had was the lack of bell carts. Our unit was on the 8th floor so getting stuff for 6 people up there was quite an endeavor with no cart. It was a gripe I heard frequently from other guests checking in/out throughout the week. My overall opinion, is that I would book through this host (Alice) again.

Lots of challenges - owner did what they could to help...

Things started off badly when they couldn't find our reservation and went downhill from there when the unit above ours left the Jacuzzi on and started a flood in the unit. The unit we were in was not the one owned by the property manager. I paid for the pet fee when I booked but was charged again when we checked in. That was "given" back to us after the flood. Property Manager was very nice and was reachable. She did what she could but it was just a challenge all the way around.

Great resort, lots to do especially for the kids. I have rented from Alice for 2 years and she always makes it an easy process. She checks with me several times during our stay to make sure everything goes smoothly at check in and several days in to ensure we are enjoying our time at the resort. Wonderful stay

We had an incredible stay! When we booked we thought we had only a two bedroom condo-but we basically had two one bedroom condos attached to one another. We were surprised at the amount of space plus just having two kitchens etc. we would recommend this property to others and would stay here again. Everything from booking to the interactions with Alice during booking and even after our trip was great. Highly recommend!

We have been to Orlando on numerous occasions and stayed at several West Gate resorts. This one was WONDERFUL, I'd say best of the best for sure! Great accommodations, TONS AND TONS of activities for both adults and especially kids. We could have stayed the entire week and never left the resort and not have done everything. Very clean and nice staff. Alice went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and checked on us several times during our stay. She was very genuine about us enjoying our vacation. I will definitely be going back through her in the future. Thanks Alice !!
