Nice and cozy

The property was great. The only issue we had was when one of the glass side table shattered on its own. I am just glad my 8 month old son was not in the area when it happened. Maybe just staying away from glass altogether because of situations like this when the glass just decides to explode.

The best and the worse

I love this place. This is a 5 stars place. The unit that we had was vers nice but sport on cooking pots. But this is not the end of the World. The big NO-No was that i found , on 5 different days, cockroach. EURK, discusting. Even after the work of the exterminator company, i fould somme more. So, i don't know how to rate it…2 stars, 4 stars ??

Property as described

This rental unit was as described and a good set-up for our family of four. Reunion Resort is a great property with a lot of amenities. We liked the location to all things in Orlando. We didn't like the traffic in and around Championsgate and found ourselves having to travel through there for a few things we had planned for the week. We are so glad we chose not to stay there as we compared it to Reunion when we were doing our initial research. Positives: -nice unit -great location within the resort -beautiful view of the golf course -quiet - not too many neighbors -easy access to mini golf and pickle ball courts -nice resort amenities Negatives: -our rental process with Florida Vacation Homes was not at all seamless. - we never received our check-in instructions which led to a last minute hustle on a holiday. FVH claims they sent it...if they did there is a greater problem with their VRBO communications they need to fix. I have never had issues communications and receiving documents from owners before. Very strange. -as a result we had to hunt them down to try to gain access to resort amenities. It was ridiculous. They give you one card (you must pick up - they don't tell you that) to share for the entire condo. Several times more than one person needed the card at the same time. They definitely didn't want to freely offer it. Like I said...you have to work for it. Then you had to go and drop it off to their office upon departure. SO MUCH FOR CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN! -strange that they deleted our message communications in my VRBO inbox where I have to request access to resort amenities over and over again. I've never had an owner do that. -would not rent from Florida Vacation Homes again -next time I'll just rent directly from Reunion Resort.

Great place to stay, beware of bugs

This was our 4th time stay with reunion vacation homes. We always got either a townhome Or upper floors. This time we got the first floor and we weren't too impress. The doors/cabinet knobs were sticky, we had to wipe them down with Clorox wipes. The view wasn't even nice. We found 2 black widow spiders on the patio furnitures, plus 1 inside , on the bathroom ceiling ( we killed it). We couldn't go back outside to sit on the patio furniture because we were terrified of the spiders. The front load washer smelled like mold , and the dryer took twice as long to dry smalls loads ( they seriously need to be replaced). The linen smelled clean. Everything else was good. Would I rent this unit again? Probably no, not to sticky doorknobs , sticky hair dryers and black widow spiders everywhere.

Everything was wonderful. There were 2 lizards who tried their best to get in from the patio door.

The home is lovely, just need a bigger dryer. Thanks for opening up your home to us. Have a safe and happy holidays..

Bugs/cleanliness

I was really looking forward to the stay here. Upon arrival there were many bugs on the floor both dead and alive. We even found a worm in one of the towels. The tub wasn’t clean. Their was a stain on the master bed cover. I reported but no one corrected it.
