Tucked away in the Palms Hotel and Villas complex, this unit provides both a home-away-from-home experience and resort-style comfort.

Inside, the newly painted condo boasts 524 square feet of living space featuring brand new furniture for your ultimate comfort. During your downtime, settle down in the open living room, complete with a TV and a comfy couch that pulls out into a queen-sized bed to accommodate extra guests.

For lunch and dinner, you can play enjoy the electric cooktop, utilizing the stainless steel appliances to prepare a home-cooked meal for all to enjoy at the dining table.

Additionally, this unit grants you access to many newly updated community amenities. From on-site security and an outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool spa, to a gazebo with picnic tables and grills and a game room and fitness center, this place provides everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for short stay

Very nice and quiet pool area, a couple of small mechanical issues, fan remote was missing and tv remote probably needed batteries, but very minor and did not disrupt or short stay.

Beautiful Condo

Nice condo and clean. Air for the humid days. Two cozy beds and a pull out futon. View of a nice pond. I purchased a carbon monoxide detector, as there was not one, for everyone to use in the future! We went to universal and it was located just outside which was nice for traffic purposes. A nice outlet store nearby. Publix down the road, same with target and Walmart.

Short vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for our getaway. It’s very clean, equipped with necessities, and above all the beds are so comfortable. Michael is so easy to deal with. Great communication!! Highly recommend!!!

Good place for a quick stay

My family and I stayed on the property for 3 days before our Disney resort stay. It was a great small place to stay in. The only complaint was that it was advertised as having a pull out bed couch but when we tried to use it, it was broken. I did reach out to the owner and was told maintenance would come check it out however that did not happen as we were leaving the next day: overall a decent place to stay in for the price . Owner is very communicative and allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier

Alles ok, Wohnung wie beschrieben. Parkplatz und Pool vorhanden :) Würden bestimmt nochmal buchen. Gastgeber hat super schnell reagiert auf Nachfragen, das war TOP.

This property met all of our needs. The communication from the owner was awesome. He answered all of my questions very promptly. The apartment was spacious and clean. The pool area was definitely a bonus. Everyday it was clean. Would highly recommend this property .

Comfortable home away from home

I rented this condo for my 11 night stay while in Florida watching college softball. After long days at the ball field it was nice to get back and be able to relax. The pool and hot tub areas were great! The wifi worked perfectly making it possible to remote in to work as needed. Would definitely stay again! Easy check in and out! Close to all the attractions, easy to get to. Nice and convenient!
