Great Family Vacay

This home was one of the best we’ve stayed in! We have traveled quite a bit to this area in the past years and this house was top tier on our list of stays. Everyone room was very clean, warm and inviting. The pool and patio area was also very clean and great for family cookouts and evening hanging out! The Game run was fun for the kiddos, they really enjoyed the Pac-man arcade game and the basketball shootout. The resort its self was great. The children and adults loved its amenities and was not too overcrowded. Overall it was a great stay.

Great family vacation house

I loved the everything about the house. The family game room, located in the garage, was the highlight of the house. The Arcade1Up Ms. PacMan cabinet played about 16 or so games, and the ping pong table and hoops were a nice touch. Even though the community pool was great, the private, in-home pool made after dinner swimming and hangouts quite enjoyable.

Wonderful experience!

I’ve traveled to Orlando a lot for family trips and we often do house rentals. This was probably one of the best! The house was just like the pictures and very clean. There is a bathroom attached to every room so this made the stay very comfortable for each person/couple. I don’t like sharing a bathroom with my 3 boys so this was a huge plus! The pool was great and we loved the outdoor space with the TV and appreciated the gas grill. It was very close to Publix for groceries and about 30-40 min from the parks mostly because of traffic. We did not spend any time at the clubhouse/waterpark because it was so so busy. We preferred the quiet and clean pool at the house. It may have been super busy because of the holiday weekend (4th of July) so may not be as busy other times. All in all, this was a very comfortable house and was perfect for our extended family of 10. Would highly recommend!!

It was a decent stay for a large family.

Overall, we loved the property. The pool was the perfect size and the game room was a hit. I do feel like the property could have been cleaner. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Another great stay!

Our family stayed at this property last year. We were excited when the house was available for this year’s trip! The pictures are accurate. Plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was great! About a 30-45 min drive to the parks and shopping (mostly due to the park traffic). Close to grocery shopping, 5-10 minutes away. Would highly recommend this place, especially for families!

House is exactly as pictured. Location within the resort is good, a busy area and far from the main gate and clubhouse. Overall stay was great. Pool was awesome and also loved having a grill. House was clean, and comfortable. Only issue we had was the dryer, takes forever to dry cloths and towels so not that big of a deal but with a family of 5, it was just an annoyance. Also, AC could not be adjusted, with 2 bedrooms not having ceiling fans, the kid's were warm, in the July Florida heat. Overall I would definitely recommend this house for a family for their florida vacation!

Carpet needs a deep cleaning..there were many stains on the steps. We did see a house roach in the kitchen but only one and only once. The dryer was awful. It took several cycles to dry one load. Check in through the gates was terrible. They need a better system. Even after check-in, getting through the gates was a hassle. Despite those issues our overall stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The beds comfortable. The place was equipped with all the things needed to make our stay wonderful. Pool toys..pool towels..kitchen utensils and gadgets..blankets..games...plenty of towels were all available. Plenty of storage. The kids enjoyed the game room. The main area was very spacious. The owner has no control of the gate issues but a new dryer..deep cleaning of carpet and making sure an exterminator spray the place and this house will get 5 stars each time and I would consider this place again..

As beautiful as the house is, our stay was not. I contacted maintenance about the refrigerator not cooling the second day of our stay. We figured perhaps housekeeping had it open to clean so we wanted to give it time. Maintenance stated they would dispatch someone to come take a look. We never saw anyone. In order to keep our groceries cold, we had to freeze bottles of water to put back in fridge. Another issue was the remotes that work the ceiling fans ands lights. They consistently bounce off one another so multiple times we were woken in the downstairs bedroom by the guests upstairs because they would turn on their ceiling light. The dryer takes 140 minutes to dry a load of clothes. I have seen where this was mentioned in previous reviewers so I have to assume that maintenance is not attentive to the upkeep of the property. Pool area was alright, but in the 360 walk through, it shows an outdoor tv. My family and I love outdoor movies by the pool and to see that it was not there was disappointing. I will not be booking this house again unfortunately.
