Pool was not cleaned or heated. House was clean but there were bugs including small roaches that we had to deal with. Tub faucet in main bathroom was turned off so unable to fill and use. Unfortunately due to our schedule we did not know of the issues in time to inform the property management to even see if something could have been done about them.
