Be welcomed into luxury from the moment you step inside the door. Every single detail in this home was created for your dream vacation! All of the amenities you need are located at this gorgeous new villa, complete with modern luxury furnishings, fun game room, custom themed kids bedrooms, secret play room, private West-facing pool with a large deck, and a summer kitchen.

Prepare to be captivated by the striking painted ceiling in the hallway, illuminated by LED lights, leading you into an expansive kitchen, dining, and living area. Enjoy your favorite sporting events or shows on the large 86-inch screen. In the evening, effortlessly lower the hidden, automatic 12-foot projection screen and gather the family for a movie night.

Amongst the extravagance of the sophisticated style of the villa, step into a new galaxy game room complete with two driving games, Terminator shooting game, multi-game arcade, Ironman pinball, B Ball Hoop Dreams basketball arcade, and air hockey table. If that's not enough, sit down and play PS4 or Xbox on the two 58-inch monitors. LED lights encircle the room and behind the two monitors.

Upstairs you will enter the "Fox & Hounds" English Pub with a stunning copper ceiling, pool table, games table, Golden Tee video game, and 4 seat bar. This unique adult space also includes a large front balcony to enjoy.

This villa has 7 bedrooms in total, with 2 incredible custom-built children's bedrooms. Your little pirates will be shouting anchors away in this nautical bedroom, featuring a pirate ship with 2 full-sized beds. Sail right into the connected secret playroom that has a large flat-screen TV for kids to watch movies or play PS4 games on. The secret room features floating candles from the ceiling so kids will feel like they've entered a world of magic. For those who want a more majestic slumber, on the opposite side of the playroom is the customized princess castle bedroom. Climb into the castle and cozy up in one of the two full-sized bunk beds. A jack and jill bathroom is shared between both bedrooms, with two vanities designed to fit each bedroom's theme.

• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
