Very nice

We were very happy with this property. The beds were very comfortable, house clean, and everything as listed. They changed the gate procedures from last year so you do not need parking passes and it was SO much easier with the gates. When we got there the pool equipment was having an issue and the pool level low. We sent pictures and a text to update. They did come take care of it a day or so later. We did not use the pool at the property. We did go to the clubhouse which was very nice and the kids loved. We would stay again.

Property and owner were great! Everything looked just as advertised. Be advised that this is definitely a party neighborhood….they raged all weekend long.

Awful neighborhood, for a nice house

I'd give the house 3.5 stars, but the neighborhood gets 1 star. The house is clean & functional--lots of minor maintenance issues (6 lightbulbs out, an uneven stovetop, remotes & clocks all out of batteries, broken trashcan, electrical wires exposed in some lightswitches)--the kind of minor quirks you expect to find in an inexpensive rental home. Overall, the house was nice and functional. Very clean. We liked the layout and small pool for our toddlers (note--we saw coyotes behind in the backyard most mornings, and alligators nearby, like most places in Florida). Nice value, lots of space, & functional furniture. The neighborhood, however, was a nightmare. Loud parties until 2 in the morning 5 nights we were there. The cops banged on our door at 5 am one night, looking for someone. People come here to get drunk and party at all hours of the night. Also, there was a very, very dysfunctional entrance to the gate that required us to wait 20-45 minutes just to enter the gate! They transitioned to a new gate check in system in the middle of my 2 week visit, and the lines typically were backed up 8-20 cars long, full of angry, honking people, compounded by lack of signage or anyway for people like us with an access code to even reach the gate. But even 1 week later after the new gate was in place, we regularly had to wait 30 minutes just to enter the gate. We felt trapped at our rental home, afraid to leave for fear that we'd be part of the mob of angry cars trapped outside the gate for up to an hour. The property owners blamed the delay on the transition, but I doubt it's going to improve much, since the long lines and mayhem continued even 1 week after the new gate was installed--and the lines were long at peak times like a Saturday night, as well as random times like 10 am on a Thursday. There's no signage or communication about how to use it, and there was such an angry clash of cultures outside the gate, lots of honking and anger. I'm shocked the cops weren't stationed outside to direct traffic. Everything about the gate was poorly communicated, dysfunctional, and time-consuming. While the house was nice, I won't stay again due to the dysfunction of the neighborhood and ridiculous wait times just to enter the gate. Note: I read in an older review that the can opener was broken. It's still broken. Please buy a new can opener so that no one hurts themself trying to pry it open with a knife, as we did. Thanks!

Very good house overall

The house is beautiful. The outside pool is a plus! The clubhouse area and pool includes a lazy river (We stayed in this condo before, not the first time). Excellent location nearby 7/11 gas station, Walmart, Disney and etc. A few tips for better service and improvement: * The kitchen is beautiful but may benefit from some closer look for maintenance. The can opener is broken and daily utensils are missing * The bathrooms don’t have any bath rugs and we had to use face cloths instead . The same at the pool/kitchen area, no rug to leave the pool area to the kitchen/living area. Again, we had to get a towel. * More towels would be great Other than that. We had a wonderful stay! Stay healthy and safe!

Such a cute place!

We had a wonderful stay here. The kitchen is huge and was so clean. Love the themed rooms upstairs for my boys. They felt so cool in their Star Wars room! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We had no troubles getting to and from the theme parks.

The booking was as advertised! Great!

Wonderful experience. House was very clean. Our kids loved the themed rooms and the pool outside was a perfect size to relax in after the walking at Disney. They did have a lot of towels which was great. Our biggest ( using the word lightly) complaint was that the can opener was out dated, we did have trouble getting the correct code into the unit, and we had some other people park in our spot one night. None of which dampened the experience of our vacation. We would re book with the property.

Best rental ever!

Such a great rental house!! Super close to Disney, 7-11 and Walmart is nearby. Super clean, very comfy beds, nice pool and house was perfect for us! Would stay again!!

Beautiful Family Trip

We took a thanksgiving holiday trip that included a mixed bunch of adults, teens, and children. Although we arrived late, the house was easy to access, and the instructions and house rules were very clear. We came in contact with house staff one time over the course of our visit regarding the AC but the interaction was pleasant and very helpful. Or family enjoyed the sleeping accommodations, the private pool, and the park and other amenities at the resort. It was a pretty busy holiday weekend as there were a lot of visitors to the community yet everyone slept well and felt very safe. There are shopping malls and grocery stores nearby which also helped our family of snackers and shoppers tremendously! Disney is about 20 minutes away and there are plenty of group dining options nearby. We highly recommend!

Great affordable large house

The house itself was great! The property manager even delivered more bowls and measuring utensils upon request. The only issues we had were parking and the check in process. We were told to go to another location/address that didn’t exist (20 min away!) to get our parking passes instead of just saying they were at the clubhouse inside the complex. Then the scanning machine never worked to get in the gate, so you have to wait for someone else to go through or buzz the security guard. The house had plenty of room and was very clean and affordable so we would stay here again.

Relaxing

We enjoyed being able to spend many days relaxing here with our family - 5 adults and 3 young children. The townhome pool worked out very well for the kids. We just wanted a relaxing place to be and no Disney in our plans. The resort pool was often crowded - face it with that many huge homes in the resort it is going to happen if there is only one area that everyone congregates at and it was a few block walk away. So, if that is your choice of where to spend time then get there early. The home itself was very nice - clean, and all the basics were there. Shopping is a drive and it is a very busy area during the spring.

Wonderful Home

The house was clean, adorable and just right for 12 people. The resort was a fabulous area for us to all hang out and enjoy the sun and water. My three year old loved the kid's play area! There were grocery stores, Walmart, Target and a lot of nearby shops. The home owners are very quick to respond and were a pleasure to work with. We would recommend this house to anyone! So much fun!

This home proved to be an excellent choice for our family group.

We (a group of 7 family members ) stayed here in mid-March and found the layout and furnishings of this home to be ideal. I have no doubt this home would work equally well for the maximum group size of 12. With multiple comfortable seating areas and a large kitchen island and dining table, you'll never feel crowded. We really appreciated the provided supplies/tableware/utensils as we didn't need to keep running out to pick up odds and ends. But, if you do need supplies, Walmart, Publix, and any number of other stores, restaurants, etc.. are an easy 5-10 minute drive away. While we did not make use of the clubhouse/pool, it was obvious from a couple of quick walkthroughs that people were really enjoying it. Net, this worked out great for us - I would be happy to stay here again. One brief tip: If you'll be arriving after dark, try to bring a flashlight as the building numbers, located on the sides of the door arches, are not lit making them difficult to read at night (due to flight delays I didn't arrive until 2 AM).
