Scenic Resort Home Close to Disney and Universal

A Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom 2nd floor condo with a lakefront view. Sleeps 4. Comes with many amenities for families and friends.
Close to Disney, Universal and lots of Shopping and Dining. 90 miles to Clearwater beach.
Secluded, quiet home. you can go out and have fun or sit back and enjoy the many resort amenities. Heated pool - Game room - Tennis/Volleyball Court - Fitness room. Ideal and affordable.
Please note there is no balcony.
Strictly No smoking, partying, events or pets.

Open and airy One bedroom Condo with excellent amenities in a safe and gated community within 3 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park. The resort amenities include 2 Pools one of which is heated, Jacuzzi, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is a second queen bed in the living aree. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV in living room and master bedroom and a work desk. please note there is no balcony.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, smart TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom as well. Unit has a dedicated washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided to the guests!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.

There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.

This is a strictly no smoking property. Penalties apply for breaking house rules.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets.

AC temp range is 72-78 F
Please note there is no balcony.
We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.


No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.

Completely Recommend

Would 1000 times over stay here than in a hotel!! The location to everything is ideal. You are not in the middle of all the traffic and lime light of tourism but still close enough of a short drive. You have all the convenience unlike a cramped hotel room. The property felt safe. Would absolutely stay here again.
