Welcome! Settle into a relaxed Orlando Area retreat designed for families and groups, close to top attractions and resort amenities:

Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Mornings unfold easily here - coffee in hand, doors open to warm Florida air - while evenings invite you back together after long days exploring theme parks and resort amenities. This is a place designed for shared time, laughter, and unhurried comfort in the Orlando Area.

The home
Set on a single level, this beach-themed retreat offers space to spread out and reconnect. You have the entire home to yourselves, with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fast WiFi throughout. A dedicated workspace with a door makes it easy to balance downtime with remote work, while smart lock self check-in keeps arrivals simple.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, with additional flexibility in the main living area. Two master suites each feature a king bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan - one includes direct access to the pool and spa along with an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and bidet. The remaining bedrooms include a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, each with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. In the family room, two queen memory foam pull-out sofas provide extra sleeping options.

Living, play, and entertainment
Gather in the family room around the 65-inch HDTV, or head to the fully air-conditioned game room for friendly competition with arcade games, a pool table, ping pong, and life-size games. Books, board games, and themed spaces add to the relaxed, playful feel, making it easy for all ages to find something they enjoy.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is ready for everyday meals and shared feasts, with full-size appliances, ample prep space, and a dining table for group meals. Whether you are cooking together or keeping things simple, the layout supports easy flow between kitchen, dining, and outdoor spaces.

Outdoor living and resort access
Outside, the private backyard centers around a private pool and spa, available year-round, with sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor furniture, and a gas BBQ grill. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Guests also enjoy free access to nearby resort facilities, including a shared gym, sports courts, an outdoor playground, and lake access.

Family-friendly comforts and essentials
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, children’s dinnerware, and a dedicated children’s playroom. In-unit laundry, ample storage, bathroom essentials, and thoughtful safety features help make longer stays comfortable.

Located about 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, Margaritaville, and other major attractions, this Orlando Area home offers a calm, comfortable base to return to at the end of each adventure.

Nice Property

I liked this property, it was in a nice neighborhood, the pool and hot tub were great. Management was very responsive and replaced the can opener that was broken the next morning.
