HOUSE RULES:
1- please DO NOT have parties or incur noise complaints from neighbors.
2- please DO NOT SMOKE inside the house. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, you will lose your security deposit.
PET/ DOG/ CAT RULES
1-pets are allowed, if you choose to bring your pet there will be a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $150 per pet. if any damage occur you will be charged for damages. If anything goes missing during your stay you will be charged also
