Está muy bien si lo que deseas es algo económico, tiene comodidad y cocina es lo que más me gustó ya que mi bolsillo no sufre tanto. Tranquilo aunque vi que hay personas q viven allí por lo q no me sentí del todo cómoda me dio un poco de inseguridad pero bueno pasas bien los días y nadie está en nada y todo bien La limpieza es más o menos por lo menos la del piso ya que tuve que limpiar ese día de entrada porque cuando mi niño anduvo sin zapatos y fue a subir a la cama literal su pies eran negros muy asqueroso y no te limpian en ningún momento la tarifa de limpieza q te cobran cuando llegas no se para que conclusión si está bien par unos días si buscas economía y no eres tan esquicito en detalles

I am going to get straight to the point with this review… this hotel does not have ANY rooms that have a sink IN the bathroom. There is a sink located in the small kitchen area that they want you to use as both a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink. Meaning… I’ll brush my teeth, wash my hands after going #2, wash the dishes all in the same sink. That is unhygienic. We arrived to the hotel around 2am. Less than 30 minutes after check-in, I was at the front desk advising them that I would only be staying the night (out of my 4). I asked them to note the reason being due to the lack of bathroom sink and how unsanitary that was. When we went to check-out, the day manager (tall, blond, white man) started to argue with me, stating they provide a sink in every room and a second sink in the bathroom is not needed. He refused to refund me for the remaining nights all because he did not see anything unsanitary about not having a bathroom sink.

The description indicated this was an apartment suite. It was a hotel room with a tiny kitchen, a tiny bathroom (with no sink and no place to hang towels), miniscule bedside tables, an armoire but no dresser. We had to brush out teeth and shave in the kitchen sink. There were no trash cans in the room....we asked the front desk three times for a trash can....they finally brought something (not really a trash can)...we went out and purchased our own. One of the two small lamps was broken...they did fix that. One of the two elevators was out of order for half our stay. There is a laundry facility -- $3.75 per wash and per dry. The television service had no "live" t.v., so we couldn't watch the news. We were extremely disappointed.

I paid my hotel prepaid a month ago and when I get there they charge me for cleaning due to the fact that I did it through hotel.com/expedia that's all baloney cuz I paid the full amount before I even got there and too much ants in the bedroom and the floor was kind of dirty I asked him to clean my room they never came they came two days later I told him forget about it

The room was nice… however there was an unexpected cleaning fee. The property owners waived the fee which was nice but it took a while for them to do so. It seemed a bit sketchy and we felt a bit unsafe at the property… the police were there when we were checking in for an incident that was undisclosed to us

Good luck with neighbors!

Great budget stay as we didnt stay in room other than just to sleep. This place would be a lot better if it wasnt for other loud and obnoxious guests. People think they can do and get away with whatever they want these days and it really brings down the overall environment. Overall not bad but would only stay here again as last resort as rooms were really nice and kitchenette was a great perk!

The rooms are remodeled and cute. It is a budget friendly hotel for those looking not to break the bank. The area is very big and the pool is a nice size. The only problem with that hotel and many of the other ones in the area is that people live in those hotels and that makes it a little sketchy

I liked that the property included a mini ish kitchen inside the rooms , felt like me and my girl were capable of cooking , didn’t like that the bathroom sink would technically be the kitchen sink but we made it work , not a big deal ! Pool was awesome and the overall stay felt safe and great!!

No handicap friendly, no security bars in the shower, no bath sits for handicap, floor totally dirty, no bathtub accessories to put the soap or shampoo and conditioner inside the bathroom, you have to put the soap on the floor taking the risk of stepping on it and fall. This place a total disaster and dirty most of all very unsecured for people with disabilities. I had a lot of stress for the safety of my handicap husband. Our trip was an emergency one. A loved one passed away and we needed to be there for family support. We asked the sheets to be changed, the remote control for the TV disappeared. I called 3 times and nobody came to bring another remote control for the TV. Terrible, terrible experience. Will never go there again nor recommend it for nobody.
