Very nice and quite location

Like I stated.. the parking and the like of communication with the Security staff and Vacasa was the only bad experience that I had.

Disney Vacation

Everything was near. The house was very nice with lots of space and room. The only thing I can suggest is the parking pass. We sent several texts with a response we are sorry and will look into it. We suggest the parking pass should be in include in the check in process. Overall everything was great!

Never got to stay there the resort canceled my reservation at the last min when everything was paid in full ruined my moms whole birthday weekend plans they didn't even try to accommodate me with another place basically said oh well.never ever had this problem before

Sticky surfaces. Loose trash in the outside trash bin. Not our trash. Someone by the name if Charles was registered, which made receiving my entry pass into the main gate difficult. So I had to call to get myself added. Front door entey code was not valid. Had to call to get that updated too. Small issues, but issues none the less.

This rental offers great value for the price, though it's showing a bit of wear and tear. I think updating the furniture every couple of years would really help spruce things up!The staff was very accommodating, but I did run into a few issues during my stay. I had some trouble registering my cars and had to pay a 35 fee for my grandchildren to enjoy the resort amenities. There were also a couple of minor hiccups, like a problematic door lock and the trash can not being emptied when I arrived. Oh, and one of the kitchen cabinet doors was broken.On the bright side, the house was very spacious, and the pool was clean and enjoyable! I did need to mop the floors a bit to get rid of some hair before feeling completely at home, but overall, I had a nice experience.roken.On the bright side, the house was very spacious, and the pool was clean and enjoyable! a RENTAL experience to remember….

Well when I think of memories, it’s definitely NOT because of the daily need of communication with VRBO, VACASA, HOST & ROBERTO(maintenance repair) From the minute we walked into the rental, there was a need to call in an issue. Thurs 4/3 checked in at 8pm to find a puddle of water on the stairs due to a water leak…called it in & explained that the leak was running towards the water light fixture.Fri 4/4 the leak continued & a maintenance worker came by later that afternoon, unfortunately he was not able to fix it & had to reach out to more experienced technician. That tech eventually showed up while my daughters & myself were at a concert. Rest of Family members were at home. Sat 4/5 while we were at the resort pool, there was need to go back in the house for forgotten items when the door locked didn’t work. I again had to call it in & they returned the call when I was already back at the resort. Sun 4/6 was my “adult” day @ Disney but once again I had to be on the phone requesting for another repair because the WiFi was spotty & kept knocking off the internet. While 4 of us were @ Disney, the rest of my family was @ the rental to relax, enjoying the pool & my 2 adults with Down syndrome couldn’t play on the switch. Mon 4/7 while at Disney with my family, making memories with my special needs son & my best friend with her special needs son, I did request an additional day due to the inconveniences but was told was gonna be an extra 330.instead I was refunded 168
