The home was very clean, the grill was very clean, the basketball courts and playground were a great additions too exhaust energy from the kids. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend.

The neighborhood style resort was beautiful and welcoming. The staff was so nice and pleasant from the security guards at the entrance booth, to the front desk staff at the welcome center. Also, we had issues with our door lock but the customer service representatives were all very nice, patient and helpful. The rooms were modern, beautifully decorated and spotless. It was so nice to have our own private pool as well. Great and fun stay!!!

This property is well maintained. Clean and and easily accessible. Our entire family enjoyed the property, which consist of various ages. Our rental home had several games for the kids and adults. The pool and spa were well heated. Great time all around. The lazy river was a plus too along with the basketball court and golf stimulation at club house. 10/10.

I was able to do my laundry on the last night and cameohomer with clean clothes!! the staff was attentive and it is so close to all that florida is known for, and shopping was so close too, if I could give 10 stars I would give 100. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Stay at Villatel Orlando! Our stay at the Villatel property in Orlando was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail, luxury, and comfort that this home provided. Every inch of the property felt brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed to create a true “wow” experience. The house was spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — from high-end kitchen appliances to comfortable beds and plush linens. The themed rooms were a huge hit with everyone in our group, especially the kids, who couldn’t get enough of the game room and private theater. The pool and outdoor area were absolutely perfect for relaxing after long days at the parks. We loved having our own private oasis, complete with lounge seating, a grill, and plenty of sunshine. The location was another huge plus — just minutes away from Disney, Universal, shopping, and great restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet and secure community that felt peaceful and private. The Villatel team went above and beyond to make our stay flawless. Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and any question we had was answered almost instantly. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals in Orlando over the years, and this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. This was a great stay for me and my family . There was plenty of room. The kids loved it and were well occupied. The kids loved the themed rooms and arcade in the house . Few things I wasn’t to happy about especially since I paid a good amount of money for this house rental is they charge you extra to heat the jacuzzi and pool. They also charge you extra to use the grill. There was a few things missing like pot holders so I had to tell a family member to bring because I had to use my nephews t shirt to take out something I had in the oven. Our double toaster only had one working side but no biggie. We did have an issue with one of the toilets however they came super fast and fixed it. The water park/slides , pool and lazy river was nice and definitely a plus. One thing I did not like is how the food/ bar at pool area automatically charges you a gratuity to your bill. I waited so long to place an order and felt the server did not deserve a 18% tip when he didn’t do anything special except pour me a drink that I had to wait too long for and it wasn’t busy. They offer a shuttle to some parks for free which I thought was great however the times were not reasonable but it’s free so can’t really complain I guess. We drove ourselves because the times didn’t work for us. Other then that I would definitely go back! Staff that was around property were friendly and everything was clean.
