Vista Cay will entice you with its Tuscan-themed condominiums and beautiful grounds conveniently located less than a mile from International Drive and the Orlando Convention Center and just 12 minutes to the edge of Disney. Universal Studios is just 4.7 miles away and the new Universal Park under construction is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is 2 miles, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the large Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Built in 2008 this extra large unit has 1800 heat square feet.

Vista Cay Orlando is a gated community with onsite security, There are 2 heated resort pools, 2 large hot tubs, a tiki pool bar, a kiddie pool, a games room, a clubhouse with a concierge, a fitness/gym room, a lakeside walking trail, playground, basketball courts, resort gift shop.

In front of Vista Cay are a large supermarket (Publix), a large pharmacy (Walgreens), and several casual restaurants and other shops. All are within walking distance. The convention center is next door.

Cleaning Program
• All units are sprayed with a disinfectant mist before guest arrival
• All units have an Ozone machine running in the home 6 hours prior to guest arrival
• All laundries are washed and disinfected.
• All surfaces and touch areas are wiped with antibacterial solutions.
• Hard flooring surfaces are moped with a "Pine-Sol" solution, labeled by the manufacturer as killing 99.9% of surface germs.
• Our cleaning staff wear gloves and masks when cleaning your home
• After being cleaned/disinfected, toilets are sealed with a labeled paper sanitizer strip that is torn when the guest opens the toilet lid.

Please note through January 15, 2025, the pool at the main clubhouse will be closed for remodeling. The clubhouse, gym, and concierge service remain open. However, the new mega pool complex in front of building 4114 Breakview Drive is now fully open, with a pool bar, multiple pools, splash pool, fire pit & hot tub, and being enjoyed. This is approximately a 5-minute walk across the street or two minutes by car where your pool pass will also work.

A fully refundable security deposit and government ID may be required / Head of household 25 years of age or older to rent this home. Sorry, no pets.

Beautiful Near Everything but quiet

Celebrating my 60th with my family and grandson and the condo was spacious, beds comfy, great common pool to enjoy with toddler but quiet at night.

Great Location

We felt safe and comfortable at this condo and really enjoyed our vacation with our 4 teenagers. We would stay here again on a return trip. Within walking distance of pharmacy, grocery, barber, and many delicious dining options.

Fantastic Condo & Stay

Anyone considering this condo, we would highly recommend. Easy access when arriving, all information given by property manager was spot on. Found it to be spotlessly clean on entering, spacious and modern, the beds were really comfortable, plenty of towels, washer and dryer to keep on top of laundry. Everything you could wish for was provided. In a fantastic location for both Universal, Disney parks, also shopping malls. We did have a car, but found ubers to Icon Park on a night very cheap. The refurbished pool area is great and clean with comfortable sunbeds. Gary was great at responding to any questions we had and very good when going through the booking process. Would definitely return to this condo when visiting the Orlando area again.

Great apartment; great location

This was a wonderful condo for us - 3 adults & 2 kids. Close to Universal Studios and airport, as well as grocery store & other necessities. Kids loved pool. Gary was immediately responsive to our questions, both before & during rental period. Lots of good suggestions.

The property has a pool within a walking distance, walking distance to the coffee shop, liquor store & grocery store. Disney parks are 15 minute drive. We loved it and we would stay there again. Property manager was checking in periodically and provided very useful information. Great job, well done!

Excellent Stay

Location! Location! Location!! My family and I enjoyed our 4 night stay. Vista Cay is a beautiful resort with family friendly amenities. The condo was clean and well stocked for our vacation. The most notable thing about our stay was the location of the resort. It is literally close to everything you will need and want on a vacation. The management was superb in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay and things were to our satisfaction. I will definitely stay at Vista Cay in my future travels to the Orlando area.

Quiet but close to the action

Vista Cay is a quiet resort but is close to everything. This was our second visit to Vista Cay. We were a family of 6 from ages 9-64. Our Daughter and grand kids wanted roller coasters and amusement Parks while my Wife & I like Sea World. No Problem Vista Cay is In the middle so we would drop them off enjoy Sea World then pick them up and decide were to eat. The Condo had everything you needed and was very roomy and comfortable. Gary was wonderful to deal with and when we arrived we found a greeting card and received a personal call to ensure that we had arrived safe and everything thing was as expected. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and I know my family will be planning on returning. The Thompson Family May 2023

Five stars

We are just back from a 2 week stay. There were 5 of us in the 3 bedroom apartment and there was loads of room. All mod cons included. We also received a welcome package which was great for the 1st few days. The apartment was clean and beds are so comfortable. It was also great having two double beds in the 3rd bedroom as we had two older kids with us. The apartment is also a 20 second walk to the Clubhouse which is brilliant and the complex as a whole is kept extremely well. From the moment we booked Gary has been a pleasure to deal with and a special little touch was a welcome card with 5 chocolate sweets. It is the little touches that make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I hope to be back next year. Thank you Gary.

Awesome for family or adult only

Condo was better than in the pics! Easy to find and parking was safe and abundant. Condo was super clean and reasonably well stocked. Bonus would be if beach towels and maybe 2 beach chairs weee available. We took a day and went to the beach rather spontaneously. Absolutely lovely balcony with the unit. Mattress in the second bedroom was quite saggy and needs replaced. Pool with the bar was wonderful! The pool deck could have been cleaner but nothing major. The property grounds were beautiful. Easy walk to stores and some cute little places (go get a cupcake by Walgreens). Easy drive to many places, but check where you’re going because I didn’t realize it was 40 min from Legoland which was our main attraction. Short drive away is ICON park which was so adorable and fun! I will definitely look for this place again if I’m in the area.

Bargain for All You Receive

Spacious property with a large balcony - with porch furniture in great shape! Each room, particularly the kitchen, is organized for efficiency and comfort. Parking is very convenient and it is easy to load and unload baggage. Grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance. Excellent communication from property management. Spotless. Lake has lots of bird life. Wonderful stay!

Xmas get away

This was a great place and a great location. The condo was clean well appointed and under 10min to universal and sea world. We also went kayaking in under 25min and did day trips to both coasts. Groceries were a few minutes away and the grounds/pool allowed for nice walks etc. This is our second time in the complex and we would stay in the same place again.
