Worst exp with property mgmt

Check-In process with the property mgmt Shine villas is worst and such a hassle. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. We stayed for 8 nights and they don't have or send anyone to clean the property. Even after paying cleaning fee we will end up lot of cleaning the property. fee wefee

The house was nice looking, Service was very poor. my son who is 6ft 4in. his bed was broke they put his mattress on the floor and said they would be back to fix it the next day. when we checked out it was still on the floor. We could not use the pool Saturday are Sunday pool finally got cleaned a day before we checked out. The house had roaches. I asked for a refund on some of my money they wanted to give me 100 and 10% off my next stay i WILL NOT BE STAYING WITH THEM ANYMORE .I gave them a reasonable offer. They act like i was nothing
