Lots of Room!

Our family of 12 fit perfectly! We paid for pool heat in Dec.and it was comfortable. The clubhouse pool was very warm and lazy river was very fun. Everything was perfect and we look forward to returning in the future.

Christmas stay

The internet was terrible called several times and they did send someone but nothing was done and the bad thing was all the TV’s ran off internet. Different breakers kept throwing and it would take someone 3-4 hours to get there. I tried to talk to someone about the issues and couldn’t. This didn’t make our Christmas feel like Christmas.

I will need to be refunded money. Place was nasty and it was a shooting like a few doors to our left

This was my wedding weekend and we had family and friends coming in. The home was nasty, the couch was visibly broken. I do not understand how it was left in the property. They sent in maintenance to so call repair the couch which broke again the moment a guest sat on it. The floors, walls, carpet, refrigerator and patio area was so nasty. COVID19 is here and the home was half clean or I’m not sure cleaned at all. Then my guest and I continued to get harassed at the gates and several times guest on the list could not get in. Then on Saturday 10,2020 there where massive amounts of people in the community where it was like 20 minutes or so just to get down to the house. There where numerous (200+) of individuals and cars on property that I know where not guest but where allowed into the community. My son and friend had to run for their lives while being out in front due to people shooting a few doors over. A young lady was shot . This was a horrible and terrify event and I will never stay in this community again nor recommend this home. The community allowed this behavior to go on for hours. You guys really need to care more about what your customers are getting. You post these homes on your site and take our money but do pay attention to the quality of what you are representing. I have so much more I can say but I have been traumatized enough and do not care to keep reliving this nightmare of a weekend. The Lemon Family
