「I made my reservation online, there wasn’t a place to select bringing dog, I called the hotel to give them a heads up, on bringing our dog. Upon arrival, the clerk stated she had corrected the reservation & added my dog fee on to the bill.(we knew there was a fee for dog) They put us in a room on 1st floor & close to the door where we can take the dog outside. The room was very clean, had towels for 2 & plenty of areas to charge devices. They had a chair & a desk chair in the room. Staff...

「Lucked into this after catching Jamey Johnson at Renfro Valley. Typically spend twice as much to spend a night but certainly won’t be doing that when in this area again. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet night, and hot shower in the morning. Checks all the boxes. You can book w/o hesitation.」

「The Microtel was a nice side of the road overnight option for our family of 4. Price was a bit on the high side however it was a Saturday night. Breakfast was quite good, the standard fare. Pool was nice but area needs significant care & maintenance. Some renovations are taking place & dust is evident. Staff was great. Welcome gift was a nice touch. A good cleaning & update is needed.」

「Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont.」

「The pool steps have a huge spot of broken concrete. So dangerous. The door to our room was broke so we had to swipe the card, pull the handle and kick the bottom door then it would open. We paid for a room with a jacuzzi tub In the room and didn’t get it. They were all sold out. Hot tub needed a lot more water in it. Do not go by the pictures of the room you want to pay for.
