"The Stowe Country Cape was a perfect location for exploring Vermont for the week! The kitchen had all of the amenities needed to prepare meals, and the clean, hot showers were wonderful after a day of hiking. We loved relaxing on the big porch, soaking in the beautiful views of the Green Mountains. The location truly was ideal, offering a quiet, secluded neighborhood feel while still being just a convenient 10-15 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and cute shops."

"We had another wonderful stay on the lake with our dogs! Cottage was just as great as it was 3 years ago & the new owners were lovely! Excellent communication, cottage was clean and cozy, as described with a few upgrades! We loved sitting on the enclosed porch or gated deck with a drink after a hike or mountain bike ride & our dogs just relaxed on their beds looking at the beautiful lake view. The community beach was a great way to cool off after the days activities & the BBQ grill was perfect...

The only thing I would suggest in the future in window air conditioning units. Vermont is just getting hotter than usual. "The well-stocked kitchen with kitchen island and bar stools worked well for our group of four. The mattresses were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, just right. The bath towels were plush and large. We would absolutely stay here again. There are a few things to be aware of. There was a raised wood strip between the wood floor in the kitchen to the wood floor in the living area. Until we got used to this, we "tripped" over the strip a few times.
