“Booked this house for 10 family members that were traveling up for a family reunion from over 4 hours away. As it got closer I did not receive any check-in notifications/messages from the host. I sent messages starting 2 days before check-in. The host never responded. I called VRBO on the day of check-in and they were wonderful with assisting me. The host was unresponsive to them. We saw a car and people at the house on our way over so we stopped and they informed us they had booked the……

“Stayed at this cute apartment to ski at Jay Peak. The apartment was close to the resort about a 15 min drive. The apartment was a great size and very welcoming and stocked with all the necessities needed for a trip. The hosts were great and checking in and out was very easy. Would deff recommend this apartment and will deff stay again. ”
