Nice clean house, great lay out. We love Orleans, best capa location! House seemed sparse somehow. No games, throw blankets, Tupperware, serving spoons. Felt kind of empty. Otherwise all good.

This is a perfect rental for a couple or small family. Very happy it is dog friendly too! Nicely updated and clean.The only "complaint" is lack of local TV access. We couldn't watch local news/weather or the Red Sox! Adding a basic cable plan would be great.
