Far exceeded expectations

This beautiful 1800’s Captain’s House was more than just an excellent vacation rental, it was a taste of history! But with all the modern comforts you could want. The private backyard is truly huge, and the beach access spectacular. Management provided great communication and service. Highly recommended!

Late summer on the Cape

A great peaceful location with gorgeous immense hydrangea bushes. Screen porch and dining room were our favorite spots. Accommodations were well maintained, clean and comfortable; nicely equipped kitchen.

Perfect Fall Weekend

My family had a wonderful stay! The house is very cozy and we loved gathering around the large dining table. The real star here is the screened-in back porch, which feels inviting even on a rainy Saturday afternoon in September. It was all exactly what we needed! Thank you!

Nauset Sights and Sounds

This rental property is located within walking distance to Nauset Beach. The home has a large screened in porch off the Dining Room where you could overlook the expansive yard and listen to the waves crashing on the beach right down the road. The kitchen is small, but functional, with updated appliances. Also, the grill was in close proximity to the kitchen, on the back patio. The Living Room was very comfortable, and had a lot of natural light. We loved all the Hydrangea bushes surrounding the property. The bedrooms were on the smaller side and did not have closets, but an armoire was available in each. The upstairs porch was a favorite spot to sit in the morning and read a book, or look at the stars in the evening. 25 Nauset Heights Rd. is a charming residence in a great location.

Beautiful home and terrific location

We really enjoyed our stay here in June 2023! The location is perfect, and a short 5 min walk to the beach. The property itself is beautiful, well-kept and clean with an ideal floor plan. The screened off sunporch was perfect for eating and relaxing, and the home felt very private. The kitchen was modern and well stocked with dishes and utensils.
