The Space:
There are 2 bedrooms, both located on the upper floor, and 2 full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The spacious master bedroom contains a small kitchenette and also has private access to a balcony which overlooks the pool and courtyard, and boasts beautiful views of the ocean. There is a single-car garage available for guests to use, with a washer & dryer, a second refrigerator, a propane grill, and plenty of beach chairs. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots & pans, a toaster, and a drip coffee maker. There are 3 Smart TVs in the home, one in the living room and one in each bedroom, which all have access to streaming apps.
Guest Access:
You will receive a unique 4-digit code to enter the front door using a digital keypad. There is also a backup lockbox with keys in case of emergency.
The Neighborhood:
Ormond-by-the-Sea is a quiet neighborhood located on the northern part of the peninsula in Ormond Beach. The Villa Sereno community sits right on the ocean with direct access to the beach across the street. Guests will have access to the community pool and beautiful courtyard. And shops and restaurants are just a short drive down scenic A1A.
Getting Around:
You will need a car to get to grocery stores and restaurants, but at least the beach is just a short walk away!
