From the time we walked in to the moment we left it was amazing. Set up perfect for all the families to have time together but also separate and quiet for bed or just unwinding as needed. Hot tub is great , loved the fire out on the deck, and close to everything for recreation. My family wants to make this our regular family trip!!

Papa & Nana and 3 adult children and their families stayed 4 nights at Eagle View and had a wonderful time! Lovely, comfortable home with everything we needed plus close-by pools and hot tub on the deck! Thank you for a place to be together and make lots of memories. Our 8 year-old grandson put the ring on the hook game 218 times!

We had a great time at your place! Usually I am worried about what kind of sleep I will get while away. However, the beds were extremely comfortable! The mini fridges in the rooms were an added bonus!

The pictures don’t do this property justice! We absolutely loved it! Every room had its own mini fridge and keurig which was so nice and convenient. Not to mention every room had its own bathroom! The living room was big enough for every one to hang out (we had a group of 9 adults) and so was the top deck. The jacuzzi was awesome at night with the gas fire pit. The view was beautiful! The location was perfect for us and the place is right next to the pool which is really convenuent too. We will definitely use this place again!! Highly recommend!

We had a group of 15 people stay at Sarah’s property. The house was clean and big and we absolutely loved that every room had its own bathroom and fridge and every level had its own deck (one of which has a hot tub!). If you’re a big group this is an awesome place to stay. The only heads up I’d give is that its pretty far to the “party” areas; we drove about 30 minutes to get to the popular bars. About the house itself, the lowest level of two bedrooms is detached from the rest of the house - so you have to walk down some steps outside of the house to get to these rooms. They were still excellent and private and we didn’t mind it at all!

This house was great for our three families for a long weekend! The 3 levels of decks and bedrooms were awesome all with views of the Lake. The very close neighborhood pool was a real hit. We loved the whole stay and our communications with our hosts too.

This home was very nice with lots of room in the common spaces and in the bedrooms. The kitchen was supplied nicely with dishes and utensils. The outside spaces were very nice including the hot tub and gas fireplace. The bedrooms were very spacious and each with their own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside was 2 bedrooms are on the bottom level of the home which you have to go outside to access. Not a big problem, just a minor inconvenience for people staying in those rooms.

This home was perfect for our group of friends with a beautiful view, nice large bedrooms and close to some great activities. We definitely were not ready to leave. Sarah was great with communicating all the information needed and although we didn't have a need to reach out to her for anything, it was nice to know we could when she included her phone number just in case.

VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT. PROPERTY WAS IN EXCELLENT CLEAN CONDITION AND VERY NICELY EQUIPPED, WELL BEYOND MOST RENTAL PROPERTIES. AREA IS QUIET AND RELAXING. GOOD STRENUOUS WALK TO MARGARETAVILLE. AIR CONDITIONER IN LOWER QUEEN BED ROOM BLOWS ACROSS BED. VERY COLD AND DISRUPTIVE FOR COMFORTABLE SLEEP.

I found this house with plenty of room for 14 girls ready to celebrate my best friend. This house is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful area with a picture perfect view of the lake. Our stay was short but it was much enjoyed.
