Escape to the tranquil shores of the Lake of the Ozarks and experience the perfect vacation at our stunning 3-bedroom 2-bath condo with a main channel view. Nestled in the heart of Osage Beach at mile marker 20, you'll be just a short drive away from the breathtaking Ha Ha Tonka State Park and the Osage Beach Premium Outlets, offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker and all the necessary appliances to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the deck with plenty of seating and enjoy the serene lake main channel views. When it's time to unwind, cozy up by the fireplace or catch your favorite shows on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels.

Indulge in one of the outdoor pools or the new sandy beach perfect for cooling off on warm days. The pools, beach and playground are all within walking distance of the condo. For your convenience, the condo also features a washing machine and dryer, ensuring you can pack light and travel stress-free.

The large primary bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite full bathroom and stunning lake views from the sliding glass doors. The other 2 bedrooms each offer a queen size bed. We also have an new sofa sleeper, air mattress, sleeping bags and pack n play for additional sleeping options.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Walk in level is ideal with a great view of the lake and the condo is nicely decorated and very clean. Erin is easy to deal with. However, we did not realize that there is no closet availability in the master bedroom which we found inconvenient. The beds are too soft for our preference and the sheets did not seem to fit the mattress and kept popping off at the corners. The pillows are wonderful (I would love to have some at home). There was only one partial roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom. No instructionswere found for the TV and even with a younger techy guy in our group, we had problems navigating the TV. The sliding doors stick badly and are very difficult to open and close. We could not figure out how to operate the ceiling fan on the deck, but Erin responded quickly and walked me through it so we could get it to work. This is a lovely condo in many ways, just not quite right for us to return. But we would not hesitate to book another condo managed by Erin.

This condo has beautiful sweeping views of the main channel of the lake. Large patio with seating for 10 people and a grill was perfect for our family! The three queen beds are great for adults or couples. A big benefit of this unit is the level entrance to the condo. One family member has breathing issues so he had no problem getting to/from the car to the front door. That is rare in the large condo associations on Ozark Lake. We had a great time, and I highly recommend it. Great sunrise too!

Fantastic condo

We had a great stay in this condo for our first trip to the Lake of the Ozarks. Prime location. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. We spent most of our time out on the covered deck listening to the waves hit the rocks below and watching the boats go by. Definitely will look into staying here again when we return.

Very nice condo! We had a couple electrical issues: deck ceiling fan and the dryer weren’t working. We notified the owner, and she appreciated that we let her know.The complex is huge but very conveniently located.We had a beautiful view of the lake.

Beautiful main channel views

Beautiful condo directly facing main channel! It a walk in unit from the parking lot! We had a couple hiccups but the property owner was super easy to work with and had our issue resolved in no time! The unit also faces north so you don’t get blinded in the morning or evening sun! Perfect place to stay! Will definitely be back!

Not Clean

Upon arrival it was noticed that the property was not clean. There was garbage, dust balls, food/crumbs behind, underneath, and in the couches. Floors were sticky. End tables had food crumbs & smears on them. Dishes from previous renter were left in dishwasher & appeared to be dirty, but possibly stained. A used razor was left in the shower. There was dried brown/reddish substance in multiple spots on the bed comforter (appeared to be blood). Dried brown/reddish substance on decorative pillows from multiple different rooms as well. Erin was informed and was very apologetic for the situation. She offered to have the cleaner swing by in the morning since it was later in the evening. I explained to her that I had already done all the cleaning because no one wants to stay and a dirty vacation rental nor could I allow my small children to be touching all of the disgusting things in the condo. We communicated back-and-forth and eventually I said there not much she could do because I had already wasted a couple of hours on my first night of vacation ignoring my children to clean and I couldn’t get that back. I asked for a partial refund. That is when Erin’s tone changed. She was no longer apologetic and informed us that their cleaning service doesn’t do a “deep clean”, but she would talk to the owner of the condo. Time passed and eventually she asked for our address to send us “a little something” for the inconvenience… still waiting on that… a little inconvenience, I think not.
