"Okay for a cheap 1 night stay. Shower water smelled like sulfur"

"Booked the hot tub room and the hot tub didn’t have hot water, sink was clogged so bad we couldn’t brush our teeth or wash hands, bed is past the point of needing replaced, and air conditioning just didn’t seem to get cold enough. Was moved to another room by a wonderful lady who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The next room was great but had to track down a blow dryer. Was told we would be refunded for the first night since we couldn’t use the amenities that we purchased but have never heard or seen anything refunded on my card. The staff is super nice and hard to be frustrated with but wish we could have had the hot tub our first night due to such a long travel in the car to get there. "

"The cabin was so roomy!! Plenty of beds and full bathrooms for all of us. The location was perfect and the outside area was incredible. The host was extremely responsive when we had a small issue with the AC and took care of it immediately. If you are looking for a place for family to gather, right on the lake, with plenty of room for everyone this place is for you!"
