Very good hotel, tucked away on a quieter street but still very convenient to walk to the train stations. It felt just a tad dated, but nothing I'd complain about. The room was large by Tokyo standards. The staff was excellent at arranging our luggage transfer. It was also very convenient to have the Family Mart on the bottom floor. We did not try the breakfast.

The room was close to a train station which was nice for our train back to Tokyo. Room was smaller than expected, shower had mold on the sink and the water temperature in the shower would switch between hot and cold while showering. Pretty good food options nearby

Well I don’t know how they still have smoking rooms and well I guess business hotels. They need to put air purifiers in the hallways. Thank goodness the rooms do not smell. Service was pretty good not the best, but they cared and tried their best! The hotel was small but bed against the wall made it feel a little safer when sleeping with baby.

I don't speak Japanese but the female staff members at the front desk did a very good job communicating with me. They helped me check into the hotel and were able to explain to me how the hotel operates. They were very respectful, friendly, and spoke clearly in English. To the front desk staff, thank you very much for your help.

Great staff, Clean ”Eco” room

Great stay, very friendly staff and a great clean room despite being the Eco-choice (They clean only every 3 days). Despite some seemingly old and worn plastic parts in the bathroom, everything was in great condition. Perfect for business trips like mine.

Convenient location. Fantastic bath amenities, DHC line and does not dry out your skin or hair. Also super convenient to have a family mart right downstairs and good food within steps outside the building and in neighboring buildings.
