“The Koubai suite was wonderful. The outdoor bath is very private and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the private garden was lovely. This is my favourite room in Japan so far!”

“One thing wasn’t expected was that they charged me another tax of 1200 yen when I arrived even though I have paid online already. Wasn’t too sure what the tax was for, but paid it anyway as it was mandatory. In general, everything was ok. The tables in the room were a bit dusty. Room facilities were adequate, there was a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine, a sink and an portable electric stove (though not many people would use it). The bathroom is normal with basic……
