"We had a fantastic stay but they didn't stock up the facial tissues in the bathroom. We were told to collect it from the front desk which is not a big deal but ideally should have been available when we checked in. "

"Service was great! Everyone I interacted with as polite, patient and helpful, including the men and women of your valet team! The hotel isn’t full running as the casino is still closed and that was okay for my visit. It was quiet, not a single disturbance on the room floors. I love the modern decor and design. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure (so I didn’t entirely enjoy my shower time - I’m a girl, this was quite disappointing AND from this “not so enjoyable shower and low water pressure,” lots of water made it’s way to the floor from the “no door” structure of said shower — the nerve (lol)"
