“The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. “This place was perfect for our Disney family vacation! The location was great, only about 10 minutes from Disney. The amenities were wonderful, the condo was very clean and spacious for us (4 adults, 1 child). Some things that weren't very clear to me based on the listing that I was very happy with - there is a washer AND drier in unit and there is a hot tub at the pool area. The pool was so fun for our child and they even had a pool party one day. Would stay here again!”
