The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager downstairs. They told me to contact the third party (Expedia). I quickly reached out to Expedia, and they informed me that I could pay the difference (the $160 fee for Sunday night would be treated as a penalty) and change my reservation to Saturday check-in (with a new charge of $230). However, everyone kept shifting responsibility and insisted on charging the penalty fee (the entire cost of Sunday night as a penalty). I simply wanted to move the date one day earlier, not cancel the reservation, and I was willing to pay the price difference since Saturday was more expensive than Sunday, but they refused. The entire experience was very disappointing, and I am also dissatisfied with Expedia’s service. I would advise others to be extra cautious when booking to avoid a negative travel experience.We did not check in for that night, but the charge was still applied as usual.

Room was good. Staff was good. Location was awesome. Hot tub wasn’t working even after asking about it 3 times in 11 days and was the main reason we stayed here for the 3rd time. Unfortunately that was a deal breaker and we won’t be staying again

Me and my family really loved our stay. The highlight was the staff and the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and nice. The hot breakfast was great which consisted of Micky waffles, sausages, eggs, and hash browns. There were also other things such as cereal yogurt, etc. The free shuttles to the theme parks (Universal and Disney) were very convenient. Everything is near. Shops and restaurants such as Burlington, Target, Walmart, Ross, Olive Garden, Taco Bell, Chick Fil A, McDonald’s and so much more were very close by and only a walk between 5-35 minutes. The only downside I would say is that the rooms were kind of outdated with wear and tear but I can see that there are some updates going on around the property so hopefully that’ll be fix in the future. Overall it was a good experience.

The stay was great people there were very nice and helpful especially Armando he is very nice. Breakfast was good especially because it saves you time and money and also the good detail of having fresh free coffe at any time at the lobby area was very convenience, the rooms simple but the bed was comfortable, the only suggestion is that for long stays the cleaning needs to be more efficient and often, the hotel looks in general clean and we love the location it was a great stay.

Reservé bajo el nombre Comfort Inn y luego cambiaron el nombre del hotel. Me realizaron dos débitos sin siquiera haber hecho check-in, cargos que no correspondían a mi estadía. Por miedo, ya que no conocía el nuevo nombre del hotel, tuve que reportar mi tarjeta en pleno viaje. Los cuartos estaban malísimos: las camas dobladas en el medio, hongo en el baño, sábanas y almohadas amarillas. El desayuno no es bueno. No vuelvo ni lo recomiendo. Me sentí estafada. Cuando fui a recepción a notificar los cargos, me dijeron que no, que no me habían cobrado. No encontraban mi reservación. Ninguna de las 7 noches pude dormir bien. Adicional a la reserva, me cobraron un cargo de $20 por noche, algo que no estaba indicado en Expedia. Honestamente, hay mejores lugares por el mismo precio.

Original room given on check in was poor. Bunk beds not done, dirty sheets and blankets, missing remote, we asked the staff to give us sets of bed sheets but they didnt do it, the front attendant said the housekeeper already left for the day?! If I didn't ask, they never update us. Asked to transfer room. The 2nd room's AC was not working. Asked to tranfer the third time, it was satisfactory but the flusher toilet chain was broken but we fixed it! Needs deep cleaning all the rooms 😪

The pools wasn’t clean hot tub was cold there was no towels in pool area breakfast was plain no room service they didn’t clean the room right the lady put a towel on a broom and mopped the floor with some spray I needed to keep asking for them to clean the room the only made one bed toilet kept making noises water didn’t even get hot my family ended up with food poisoning I kept asking for room to be cleaned they told me no I will never recommend this place it’s very outdated no amenities we got stuck on the elevator worst family trip ever
