“4/5 Cleanliness - Generally very clean and tidy, but some of the cookwares had leftovers.
3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.

Indoor parking is the best part of this hotel, we can use room key to access the garage door. However, Hotel.com silver member benefits never happened during our stay.
