“What a stunning cabin with a perfect location. Ideal for a couple with small kids, or a couple wanting a hideaway. So beautifully arranged and very comfortable with so many options for seating, inside and out. You can sit down by the creek, out the side by the fire pit, out the back on the grass, inside on the back porch, by the fireplace in the main living space... Easy to find, perfectly hosted, 15 minutes from the city of Eau Claire, but feels like in the middle of nowhere, make this place……

“This was a wonderful home! It was meticulously clean and within walking distance of downtown Chippewa. The home has a historically significant past, and has amazing details throughout. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The owner was very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this home!”

“Perfect area for side by side trail riding!! There are only a few options for food close by and not much options for breakfast. I would bring up some of your own food/snacks. The lake is right across the road and is absolutely beautiful!! You cannot fish right across the road you have to go to boat dock down the road. We loved the area and you will see deer in the yard. They have a fire pit with a little patio which is perfect to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Only stayed 2 days and it……

“We have visited Serenity lake for Labor day and spent 3 nights there. The place is very quiet and relaxing. Lots of untouched nature. Great place for fishing .The cottage is nice and has everything you need. Brian the host is wonderful and friendly. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The hot tub in front of the cottage is wonderful for evening relaxation. We will be back in spring for sure. Worth the drive from Chicago if you need to get away and chill in peace and quiet. We……

“We had a wonderful stay with our grandparent (>80y) and kids (9&17) and dog. The house was perfect for our different generations. Grandparents stayed downstairs with their own bathroom and the rest of the family was upstairs. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. We played outside, did some fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding. Highly recommended.”
