「Very beautiful property, all 5 of us enjoyed our stay very much. There was only one down thing, and that was the lack of cellphone service. Strangely enough, my cellphone was the only one of 5 that had the internet (Verizon service), so everyone used my phone to access the internet and make calls. But other than that, our stay was 5-star across the board.」

「The Lazy River cabin was excellent! Clean, quiet, and charming, with an cozy wood stove and a great hot tub. Plenty of space to sleep, heated floors in the basement, well stocked with towels and linnens, the dishwasher worked very well as did any kitchen equipment we used. The only issues we had were extremely minor. As usual with "rentals," the knives were quite dull. There was a loud heat pump on the upper level (it faded into the background quickly, but it was much louder than the identical...

「This was the perfect place for us and several family members including two small girls for a very special Christmas. Lovely layout, large and well equipped kitchen and comfortably heated in the winter. And plenty of room for the girls to play. The host made sure the snow was shoveled quickly. 「House is stocked with everything we needed for a several weeks stay - great home base for exploring the area. We especially enjoyed the front porch - sitting out and watching the sun rise, and the deer wandering the neighborhood in the evenings. A short stroll to downtown Decorah. Laundry on site was super helpful, and we had room for a couple guests to spend a few nights with us. Ten out of ten!」
